“The clerk was amazingly helpful. She helped me carry my stuff to the counter, was so friendly, told me where I could get a discover pass and also where a good free campground is. I'm here right now, she was spot on.”
“Just an old school getting place on the side of the 101 in Port Angeles, Washington . One thing that caught my eye was all the hot sauces on the shelves from all around the country ! I found it pretty entertaining.”
“This store didn't exist when I was last here, but upon returning home after 26 years, it's My favorite new business!!! Great staff, good prices on beer and tobacco products, as well as a great selection on everything You would expect from a convenience store and then some!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“This place has what you need for a snack or drink. Woman working the register was wicked funny and really friendly. It’s always nice to have a good laugh with people you do business with.”
“It has stayed the same there give or take a few items. It's a great place to get ice cream from. Really though, most that are out for ice cream go to grannies which is very close.”
“This Rite Aid has the best head pharmacist on the Olympic peninsula. Ken is wonderful, caring, and always has time to answer questions or give advice. I won't go anywhere else.”
“Michelle is so friendly and helpful. She's happy to spoil your puppy with a treat ( with your permission of course) while you shop. She's so friendly and full of information about the local area. She's never in a sour mood or short tempered and always happy to see you.She remembers your name and is happy to carry on a conversation with you and lift your spirits with a personal life experience that has a positive outcome. She makes each customer her priority and remembers the personal preferances of everyone who walks in.I travel all the way across town out by the airport In Port Angeles just so I can shop there with out having to tie my dog outside and risk him being stolen or chewing through his lease which is a favorite pain In the rear trick of his.”
“I did not know how much I missed Indian food until I came here on a Friday. They have great Indian food on Fridays. Today was curry chicken. The sauce was flavorful but not too spicy. At a restaurant that has a 1-5 star spice meter, this was probably a 1.5-2 star. There is the occasional bite of heat, but mostly its pretty mild. The chicken was tender and moist. Serving size was well portioned. They also have samosas and naan, though it appears the samosas go early. The samosa had great flavor. The shell was on the chewier side. Spicer than the curry chicken, probably 3 star spice. I like the outer part to be crispy or flaky, but still really good. The naan I thought at first look was garlic, but I don't taste any garlic. Lots of herbs on it, parsley and basil i suspect. Soft naan, great chewiness to it. Really picks up the flavor of the curry sauce but good on its own too. And they have a vegetarian entree option as well, today it was some garbanzo bean dish, though I didn't try that. No idea if the owners have any desire to open a restaurant, but in the least their recipes are on point to do so.So yeah. If you have ever wanted to try Indian food but the nearest restaurant is too far away, give this place a shot. I had low expectations going in, but this is restaurant quality food and a very reasonable price.”
“I recently lost my health insurance and needed to renew a large prescription. It was my first time using a prescription coupon and the pharmacy tech was so helpful and reassuring. There’s hardly ever a wait at this location and it’s never busy which is helpful when I have sensitive questions regarding medications. The two pharmacists are so sweet and helpful, but their tech is so rad. Give her a raise!”
“I used the drive through to pick up a prescription. Very efficient and safe. The lady at the pharmacy was very pleasant. Good to use drive through with COVID-19 circulating. You are separated from the clerk by glass so any danger is minimal.”
“Super nice people. The lady/owner let me take a drink without paying because I forgot my wallet. She told me to pay next time I come in. 2 days later I stopped by and payed. They also own the mobile at Taylor Cutoff . Those who say they are rude, I can only say what did you do? Lol.
I found them to be very friendly and respectful.”
“Our favorite convenience store in port angeles. We will go out of our way to pick stuff up from there that we need. The owners and their daughter Jen are the best. Jen has become my 7 year old daughter's favourite person (she thinks Jen is a real life Disney princess). Highly recommend!”
“I had a fedex return that I needed to get sent. When I got to Walgreens they weren’t able to scan my QR code or access the label to send it. The manager and the worker who helped me out went above and beyond. They found a way to print my label working around the QR code to get my package sent. So grateful for the helpful staff at this store.”
“Curry is amazing, easily the best thing I’ve ever ate in town! I’ve had it four times since I’ve discovered and it’s always delicious, the meals being enough food for dinner and breakfast!”
“I stayed here 2 nights with a friend and it was great! The campsite is well kept up and very cute. The bathrooms are what you’d expect for a campsite public bathroom. Cristy in the general store was very helpful, and Tim helped me and my friend start our fire. The surrounding are is very beautiful with great views.”

“Both trucks like the gas, and the fella behind the counter, Pineapple (I'm sorry I don't know your real name), is always fun to chat with while grabbing my after work redbull.”
“Friendliest workers. Extremely clean and fully staffed, even during absolutely madhouse summer season. Short wait for propane refills. It feels strange to rave about a gas station, but the people here make this place an absolute delight.”
