“I've always found the staff friendly and professional here. The things I would complain about I'm sure are beyond the local staff's control: 1. very limited hours for package pickups (I did confirm that they are still open for one hour 12:15-1:15 on Saturdays for parcel pickup only which is not shown anywhere on the USPS website), very few parcel lockers for oversized items (I've never gotten one) and the price of a PO box keeps going up (smallest box is now $91 every six months, up from $67 in just 3 years).”
