Went in to get new service. Agent upsold me a privacy screen protector. I wasn't upset about that but within a week the screen protector had the smallest chip in the corner. Never been dropped, don't carry it in a bag as I'm not a purse kind of girl, nothing. Agent said they could help me claim a warranty on it and it would only cost me another $20 after paying $70 for this garbage. I simply said to take it off they could've cared less. Terrible service and they knew they sold me a defective product and did nothing.

I’m not sure how this place has 4.5 stars they must be giving themselves reviews. They are absolutely incompetent and completely unprofessional. I used to work at Verizon and if this is who they are hiring now… well they’re doing a really bad job. Bunch of little kids working there that absolutely don’t I know what they are doing!

My family went to the Verizon in Pasco and it ended up being a great stop! Joe and Dianne Dianna? Helped us. You'll be lucky to get one of them to help you out. Both were great! Thanks for the hours of help!!

The dude that works here doesn't really care about customer's problems. Unwilling to look into solutions, seems lazy and apathetic.You're better off just calling customer service.Edit: I had to change from 2 stars to 1 star, because the Hispanic, spiky-haired dude working the counter tried to retaliate against me for this review.I've had MUCH better luck and success, by just calling customer service.This store is not okay.

I went in to pick up an online order after work on August 16, 2023. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lady and a gentleman. The lady told me to have my ID ready she'd be right with me. I waited about three minutes while she sat behind the desk without a customer. A few more minutes later, I sit down and continue to eat. After a couple more minutes, I finally asked her how long this was going to take as I had other things to do. She told me that she was on the phone on hold and asked me if I had a question or what I needed. I told her I was there to pick up a phone I had ordered. She said I would have to wait for the safe to unlock. She asked me the name. I told her the name she went to the back came back out and said again that I would have to wait for the safe to unlock. Another customer walked in and sit down and she told him to come on up and she would go ahead and take care of him. After about 10 minutes she finally went in the back and got the phone that I had ordered and came back up and looked at my ID. I told her I would also like to make a payment on my account and she told me that I could not make a payment because it was an online order. I told her no, I just went to make a payment on my bill. She asked me how much, and I told her $200. After the transaction was completed comment she said she would email me the receipt. It was not until the next morning when I looked at my bank account that I found she had charged me my whole bill instead of the $200. Overall, this was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a cell phone place. I am in the process of upgrading my whole families phones and I ended up going to other stores to get the phones as I will not go back to this establishment. I also will not go to the one in Kennewick or Richland as a fuel that the customer service would be the same. No I do not recommend going to the store if you need to upgrade your Verizon phone.

Was a great experience for me ,took time to help me!!! Very friendly ladies. Was worried when my phone screen broke that they might not be able to save some important photos of mine ? but when they got my new phone done and transferred everything over it was all saved !!! Definitely recommend them. Never hurts to ask questions which I did and they gave me really good advice and answers to those questions, took time to explain everything which was very helpful ?
