I got a delivery unable message due to incomplete address. I tried calling the Pasco office number so many times and nobody answers the phone. I was able to call and get someone on the phone in the West Richland USPS office. They said they would contact the Pasco office to give them the intended delivery address. Not sure what happened, but current status of package is returned to sender. I was unable to travel to the Pasco USPS office since I'm isolating due to positive Covid.Mail service has been pathetic since the changeover to Pasco from West Richland.

Package marked as delivered but nothing ever showed up. Checked the mailbox and have cameras on the porch. Nothing was ever delivered so why are you marking things as delivered?

At the court street post office in Pasco, WA today. A clerk named Octavia was so helpful working with me to help solve a missing package and delivery issue. He provided exceptional customer service and I now know where my package is for me to pick up.

I have been trying to call during the business hours that they say is open but then it keeps saying that it’s not normal Business hours. It’s 10 am

rudeee employees!!! Don’t know her name exactly but went it since my package wasn’t delivered to my place and when i asked her a question she said “i’m not arguing with you little girl and walked away” , they need to hire new employees or at least ones with better customer service skills , i did have a little bit of attitude since they didn’t have my $100+ package but i was told to pick it up at this location today but still shouldn’t say that and turn your back on a customer…

Nicest part is that they have the self checkout box. But it's low to the ground so you have to kneel just to get your postage. The parking is horrible. The employees and customers share the same lot. There may only be 3 other people in line but the whole lot is full.

Went there today and the guy who is deaf at the front where the pick up line is, was rude. He was speaking to me like I was stupid when I was informing him that I was told by my brother in-law that I had a package that needed to be signed for. I definitely don't like this post office, they look miserable and as if they hate helping customers. UPDATE: They also marked my package was delivered and it wasn't, someone is being Shady that is delivering the mail. It says my package was delivered December 4th 2023 and I have not seen it and I have a personal mailbox so nobody else can get into it except for me.

They marked my package as delivered when I went to check my mail there was no key for the parcel locker. Looked around my front door and nothing. They have a habit of marking things complete despite not accomplishing the task. It's happened several times where a delivery will be marked as delivered but I won't recieve it until after a couple of days. It gets annoying after a while when you're waiting on something or come home expecting something there. If I had a choice I would not get my deliveries through USPS

I've tried calling the Pasco post office for three days now, all at different times, making sure it's not during their lunch closure, I've had zero success. The automated recording puts you thru all the different options but what good does it do if no one answers?! And if no one answers, the automated message says sorry no one is available and just hangs up so you're left sitting there like what just happened...I even tried calling the 1-800 number and it was the exact same recording as the Pasco post office. I'm very limited with my mobility so trying to go in person is very hard for me.I totally understand that they are very busy, but there should be some kind of organization within their facility to answer the calls. The times I've gone in person there is always a line that goes on for miles(yes, I'm exaggerating) and usually only one employee at the desk. I've yet to encounter a friendly and pleasant employee. If you don't have customer service etiquette and you are worn out from being under staffed or just in a bad mood, maybe reconsider your career. We all just want answers, mail or packages. I don't think that everyone goes in person to harass or be ugly to the employees so why treat everyone so rudely. Is it part of your policy to be rude?? Like I mentioned, I have limited mobility and I have to use a cane or walker, when it's finally my turn to go to the counter, they look so irritated because I have to walk slow. Well, after standing in line for half an hour, nowhere to sit, I am gonna walk even slower because I'm now in more pain!!! So after writing this novel, I still have not been able to reach anyone at the post office!!! I'm sure y'all could do just a little bit better, under staffed or not. It is not the publics fault if you are under staffed. Pick up the phone and be nice!!!!!!?? Funny there is no option for zero stars!

This place is a literal, unfiltered, hellscape of incompetent government bureaucracy. The entire building has two employees max and they are locked in a competition with one another for employee least interested in doing their job. The lines are so long that entire generations live and die before reaching the front desk, leaving the original victim's descendants knowing no other life but standing in a gray, dirty void of soul crushing misery.

I'm tired of the lady that delivers our mail stuffing our mailbox with boxes that belong in the overflow because they are too big. You can't get anybody from the facility to answer a phone call. And as the previous people had said the onsite people need an attitude adjustment. It's apparent the Postmaster Does not monitor this

Called multiple times during normal business hours at 9, 10 and 11am for the past 3 days and keep receiving the automated message that I am calling “outside of business hours.” They have always been hard to contact by phone but now it’s completely impossible.edit: In person, they are helpful and I was able to get things figured out. However it is frustrating still that they don’t have a way to call them directly.

Living in richland and packages go from spokane ti richland facility. Why do they go to pasco, then out for delivery and then never delivered...goes back to pasco and is "awaiting a scan" why are you not delivering my mail? This is absolutely ridiculous. Asked an employee there a few days ago why she can't just go and grab my package if it'd there and she just refused and said it would be out for delivery that day. It was out for deliver for the 2nd time and never came again for a 3rd day.

Ordered a Halloween costume for work, I was counting on them to deliver today (the day before Halloween) to deliver my package on time but now it shows that it won’t be here until nov 1st even though it showed “out for delivery” SINCE 6:10AM!!! What a fricken joke
