Would give zero stars. Worst service ever, they have not answered calls. Smooth moves is nothing but smooth. They answer the phone, but once that have your number they no longer answer, use another phone number! they answer. They promise to return call with info, but say it will be about 7pm. Then when you call them, they are closed 7pm.Tomorrow is moving day, they say the problem is "uhaul" can't deliver the uboxes, 30 days after taking our money. I would hope Pods has a better process.

This location is severely understaffed and the staff that are there are not trained well enough. It took 30min just to finish the paperwork. Then another 30min to get me the truck. According to the staff member the truck wasn’t cleaned so he had to get it ready. It was still dirty when he handed me the keys. I ordered the truck a week ahead of time so there’s no reason I couldn’t have been in and out in 15min. I would never recommend someone use this location.

We have moved 2 times in 6 years and are preparing to move once again. We have purchased moving supplies and rented trucks and trailers from this location for our moves. This is a very busy store and the employees do their best to make our experience efficient. I am greatful we live in a community that has moving resources available.

Very expensive items stolen from storage u it. When I got the unit they told me I had to use their locks. I was surprised how easy the package for the lock opened. When I told employees my stuff were stolen NOT ONE PERSON acted surprised. This was definitely an inside job! I wish I would have read reviews first

Take your business elsewhere. I rented a van from this place, picked it up from Court St., drove down to Edison Street by Kamaikan which is probably only a 6 mile drive if that. Picked up my things and drove to Ryders Storage which is about another 7 miles. Well I look at the emailed receipt and it turns out THEY CHARGED ME FOR 60 MILES! Somehow it’s 60 miles to drive to Kennewick and back. I filed a claim and was told the mileage charge was correct. I would look elsewhere to rent a U-Haul. Wish I would’ve listened to the reviews on this place.

Install was very shotty. 1 zip tie holding the plug in to the tow bar. Wires hanging 2 inches from the road.

Horrible. Made a reservation for a trailer on the phone. Show up the next day to pick it up, they claim the trailer was rented to someone else because the reservation was made for 1am. Why did the person behind the desk make my reservation for a time that obviously everyone is asleep and the store isn't open. Go anywhere else. The people behind the desk couldn't care less about you. Wait times are always way too long. Go anywhere else if you can help it

I Made a reservation for a 26 ft. truck a month ago that way they would have plenty of time to get it moved here and they wait till the day before I move to say oh btw sorry there isn't 1 in Washington

I've had to rent trailers here multiple times. Nearly every time the wait is insufferable. Long line and only one person at the desk. Zero help for online check ins that already verified identity. I hate waiting 45 minutes in line behind people that don't even have reservations. Staff another person, especially to help those with simple reservations.

Went in because the Ubox that was scheduled to arrive at our house yesterday never showed. I had to give the guy at the counter my name several times, spelling both the first and last name more than once. All so he could say that it did show in the system we had one reserved and that delivery was confirmed. But we needed to call in again and re-confirm it. Guy at the counter said he couldn't schedule it and I told him I came in because I was on hold for an hour and it was faster to just drive in. Wouldn't take that, said had to call in and wait to speak to someone who could schedule it. Even though I booked it online and was given a time by someone on the phone on Tuesday. Place is a joke and their call center isn't any better. Wish Pods had an office here because I am done with these clowns.

Avoid if you can. I had to wait 1+ hour inside just to get in a 10' cargo van that I had reserved online. The first car they let me get in was dead (would not start), and then they had me wait another 30-min just to re-assign the second vehicle that was standing right beside the first one.On the return of the car, they overcharged for 1 gl of fuel even though I had filled up over 2 gl and drove only 20 miles with the car. I only noticed the charge later, so be careful of their attempts to sneakily add extra charges.While inside, I noticed numerous customers find themselves without an available vehicle even though they claimed that they had reserved those vehicles online. It might be a U-Haul problem, rather than the store problem, and it didn't happen with me (luckily), but something to be careful of!
