“We previously had our jeep serviced at the Kennewick Jeep dealer for what we thought would be the best place to repair an oil and coolant leak. Needless to say they did a very poor job and we had to return our jeep several times for the same issues. we later discovered their tech used lots of silicone to plug the leaks (which probably happened on our last visit) which made things much worse.

We decided to take our jeep to Simmonson and their service advisor Josh was great. He listened to our concerns and provided updates when they resolved each leak and made sure they fixed it right the first time. It’s employees like Josh and the well trained mechanics that makes a huge difference and we are very appreciative of their work and professionalism.”
