Simonson is great at communicating, additionally after agreeing to the quote they did not try to up sell me on anything. My car is running great now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided!

Simonson automotive is the best place to take your car to get repaired. The staff is amazing. They do amazing work and they don’t just do an oil change. They go through everything so I am very pleased with them. I would not go anywhere else for any automotive work in the Tri-Cities, they’re my go to repair shop.

I had always serviced my 2019 Mercedes CLA 250 4 Matic at an authorized Mercedes dealership, but after reading the Simmonson Automotive reviews, decided to give Simmonson a try. The service manager, Sam, explained that although the A, B, C services are a good guideline to follow, that each checklist item might not need addressing at that particular service, thereby allowing me to focus on other items that might be more urgent. The service I received was thorough, professional and honest! Great job to Sam and Simmonson Automotive!

I've taken both my cars to them and they always give a detailed diagnostic. If there are parts easy to replace, they recommned me to replace it myself, and I save money. I've taken my 2001 Mercedes-Benz SLK320 for Transmission Fluid change, a Mustang I had for AC refill, and my 1997 Ford Ranger 3.0 for a Coolant Flush.
Even though their jobs may be around what a dealer would charge, they do great work. Let me just say "you get what you pay for." Great customer service and mechanic service too.
