Would give 0 starts if I could. Turned in my prescription refill last Tuesday, every day I call it didn’t come with the order. Will be finding a pharmacy that doesn’t restrict me from getting my prescriptions on time.

Nothing like having a pharmacy see you running like crazy to the counter just to slam the door in your face only 1 minute after “closing” time while your child is laid up at home with a fractured spine! But do you think they care? Nope, absolutely heartless!!

Do you want incomplete medicine? . Do you want to wait four days and they still don't deliver it? Do you want your 1-year-old daughter to have a cough and flu for a whole week? And not being able to start treatment because of the incompetence of this pharmacy? Come to this pharmacy here all these nightmares come true. I update what I wrote, definitely do not use this place, it is Pasco wa. Now they came out with the story that my insurance does not cover the medication after waiting 6 days, their service is horrible.

There's a homeless guy that harasses the customers walking in. The guy asked if I had money and I said "no I only have my card" and he kept asking me to buy him other things. Very annoying. Makes me not want to come here because I could go to another store and not get harassed before I even step inside.

If you can AVOID this pharmacy as a Latino please DO. They discriminate through racism and ageism. My dad has been getting his medications from riteaid for over a decade and this location in particular; the last several years has treated him with the upmost disrespect. Mixing up his medications, medications never on time, all in all with rude customer service. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE.

0/5 I usually do not write review but for this Rite aid pharmacy I had too. All I can say is the the male pharmacist that works here has the worst customer service. He has a horrible attitude and when he talks too you it’s like you are beneath him. One time almost made me cry when I left the pharmacy. There is a certain medication only this rite aid pharmacy carries otherwise I would take my business to a different pharmacy. I don’t know what else too do. Going here just give me anxiety because I know I have a 50% chance to get yelled at and treated extremely poorly.

The pharmacy associate was extremely helpful and nice and didn't act like it was a chore to help me. That is really nice in this time where most people act like it is a pain to help someone, even though it is their job.

Called rite aide on 20th.Automated recording says store hours are 8am-10pm.Im at the pharmacy window by 7:55 pm. One window closed. The other half closed.I asked pharmacist what time they close, he tells me 8:00pm, and shuts the window the rest of the way.I've never been to a big name store or Pharmacy that closes earlier than the regular hours unless posted otherwise or unless weather conditions permitted closing early.Obviously I'm pissed and I think it HORRIBLE customer service .This is usually my favorite Pharmacy. Really hope this isn't their new way of doing things there.

I went here for the COVID, Flu, and Shingles vaccinations. All at once! I am very brave! Sadly I am not magnetic and I do not have 5G reception (yet). I planned ahead and had a couple days off to ride out the actual effects of achiness and mild temperature expected by sane people.On a more serious note, they had more immediate openings for appointments compared to the other local Rite Aids. The staff was very helpful and attended to me quickly.

I suffer discrimination as health care provider I got COVID-19 and cashier refused to give my treatment ,she said send different person,and I have to wait 2 days to get my meds and when I got those medication was expired, I talked to pharmacist and she got mad and bad attitude and rude please because I complain ,so please be care l of what you sell and if it's hard your job then quit but treat people with respect

This shop has sent me information about prescriptions being ready for someone not in my care for over 5 years on and off again. I've called. They swore they fixed it. Now, their constant breach of HIPAA can live here as a nasty review.
