I have nothing but problems with this location. I ship product from Spokane WA to Boardman Oregon and it always sits at this Pasco location for a week before they deliver it to my customer in Boardman. It's so bad that I've instructed my Operations team to no longer use Reddaway for Oregon deliveries. Highly suggest you do the same if wanting product delivered to Oregon in a timely manner.

So easy to work with. Delivered right in the middle of the two hour window they said they would deliver in. The driver called 10 minutes before to say he was on his way and to make sure our residential delivery had room for his truck and trailer. He made every effort to stay in the driveway and not get out in to the field when maneuvering around even after we told him to not worry about it. Would recommend Reddaway to anyone.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do NOT use this company for delivering!!! Twice I was told a day that they would deliver and no calls, no messages, just didn’t show up!!! I had to call them the next day every time to see what happened and why I wasted my time waiting for nothing. Then they finally delivered and placed the pallet of 9-54lb cases of laminate flooring in front of my garage door so I could not get my car in or out. When I asked if they could please be brought to my porch, the delivery guy literally laughed at me and said, “I’m not hurting my back for you!!” If you are delivering to homes, you need to at least bring it to the porch! I had spinal surgery last year and I managed to get them inside the house in a matter of 15 minutes. Working for a delivery company, you’d think they would send someone who could lift under 55lbs and take the time to do it right! SO BEYOND disappointed in this company...not only for the lack of communication if they only deliver “curbside”, but the blatant rudeness of the delivery person!! My advice...go elsewhere for delivery service.
