If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I bought pork ribs (which I bought several times) when I got home, I took the ribs out of the bag to cut them into small pieces and the smell was like fish. I rinsed them to see if it would come off and decided to cook them. When cooking the smell was stronger and I decided to ignore it because I know that sometimes pork tends to have a smell but not like the one I perceived. When I finished cooking them and when I served them on the plate, the flavor was without a doubt, spoiled. I'm calling to let you know. After a young man spoke to me, he told me that he was going to talk to his supervisor, which I said, “okay,” Mr. William comes to the phone and tells me that I need to bring the product to be able to resolve the problem. I told him that I had already cooked it and he didn't give a damn. He told me to take him or there was no solution. Outraged and with my frying pan I arrived at the butcher shop only to be humiliated by the aforementioned Mr. W and telling me that his boys told him that I always make complaints. First of all, I have never made complaints anywhere because of fear of people like this. My nightmare come true. I think for $11 it's not worth the fuss. I returned to the store for the sole reason that by continuing to sell the product, they expose people to getting sick. I can't imagine what my pregnant daughter-in-law and my young son would have had to go through if they got sick. To the owner of the place, sir, if you're reading this, a little more customer service for the person in charge of the place. It costs me nothing to call the health department but I don't think it's necessary. God bless your business and I have actually never felt as humiliated as I did today in your business. Thank you.

This place has a really nice selection of meat. Their deli has a nice variety of dishes. They have the best chicharons in the tricities.

We had a graduation party on Sat. for a niece and Rancho had my order ready on Thurs. and it was hard not to break into them and start eating. We lived a couple hours away and they got home perfect.

I picked up some marinated pork pastor and chicken pastor; both great. Pan fried and loaded on a fresh roll with slices of avocado and onions.

Love the variety of meats and will custom cut. Also they have a corner of deliciousness where the sell several different soups that's are sooo good. Plus fresh tortillas and other delicacies.
