Old school. If you want to fill both left and right side tanks simultaneously, go to pump 3, otherwise you gotta stretch the hose, one at a time. They have DEF but it is not at the pumps, it's in a shack, after you come out of the pump to the left. You have to go inside to pay anyway so they'll explain it to you. They do have a couple showers and a store. The parking lot is a dirt lot, no lines on the ground, lots of potholes, there is no roof structure over the pumps, Your pilot rewards app doesn't work for showers or fuel but your rewards do work here. Showers and bathrooms were clean, coffee was good, they have a scale. Check out the King City restaurant across the street. Good Indian food. Try the "papadam" for an appetizer!

This need to be declassified as flying J to a Thrifty Gas station.
Not even sure how they are paying the franchise fees

Been in this fj a couple of times, though their pumps are old and rusty, for the most part, that is offset by their great staff. Then I met this one staff from hell. To me, anyone who doesn't understand the importance of customer service should not be hired to be one. To the management, people like this character will make you lose your struggling business for no reason. I think you already know that one guy im talking about. I was there maybe 3 or 4pm 5/30/24. He either needs serious training or find another job for lack of better word, away from people. Seriously. You can pull the video and see our conversation for yourself.

My wife and I are an OTR Team drivers so we have seen our fair share of different Flying J and Pilots , this one by far is the worst, I pulled on to the scale to get a weight and I was off about 400 lbs on my tandems, there was no other trucks in line or around for that matter , so I backed off the scale slid my axels "off the scale completely" then proceeded back on and was getting an error trying to get my reweigh, turns out the girl in the store was denying the ticket since I didn't fully pull around the building before going back on to the scale, mind you there was no one else around even there, on another note the store is in shambles and parking lot is not maintained or secure in any way. I can't say anything about the other personelle in the store but for the most part this store is a joke and shouldn't be a part of the Flying J/Pilot franchise Corporate please fix this.

Stayed the night here while traveling through the area. It was pretty quiet and staff was very friendly and welcoming.
