I’ve had to have a lot of conversations to ensure everything got transferred correctly, but not once did I feel unwelcomed by making the calls. Luis is very personable, patient, and kind. He really takes the time to make sure everything is right and filled correctly to our needs. He is one of the few suppliers in the Tri-Cities who fills bubble packs, which are exactly what folks with many medications should look into. I feel genuinely supported by a pharmacist for the first time ever!!”

“I was running a couple minutes late tonight to pick up before they closed and so called as I was parking to ask the pharmacy not to put my husband's med away (as they were going to if not picked up today). They were lovely! The tech in training Savannah and the pharmacist there on duty told me that if I could get in line before they closed that I didn't have to worry and were just wonderful to interact with throughout the entire process! Glad to have such a wonderful pharmacy near our new home!”

“This is a really good store in my opinion. It is always clean inside. The cashiers we had yesterday were bilingual. If you need medicine, print photos, cat food, ice cream, milk, soda, toilet paper, holiday candy, or decorations it can all be found in this small place. I was surprised when I found cat food. It's very convenient to go here because it's close by. I really like that the pharmacy tries to take care of customers to avoid delays. Sometimes there is a wait but that's normal because if it's good service there will be a line.”
“This Walgreens is our home store for quick pick ups for make up, beauty care, and vitamins. It is always clean, and easy to find what is on your list. The staff has been pleasant and helpful.”

We've been going to that Walgreens for 20+ years and he has always been a beautiful person and very knowledgeable about everything going on in the store.
