Dropped off some used oil. Guy at the counter was nice. Only negative is they require you to keep your oil containers so we had to wait for him to dump and return them.

This place is a joke. They used to have some good help but most of the Knowledgeable people no longer work there. The stor manager is a worthless joke. I could go on and on but I'll stop wasting my time. My advice, find another store. Autozone, AAW, 9 to 9, and advance aren't far away and they're much better in every way. I digress.

TRIED TO SCAM MY WIFE into buying one of their most expensive batteries when she went Into get a replacement claiming "since your car has a bakcup camera, you're going to need this one," pointing to their SuperStart Platnium AGM battery which is complete overkill for her car. I would rate 0 starts if possible.DO NOT let your wife, girlfriend, daughter, or any women go this store because they will just try to take advantage of them and scam them into something they don't need.

Every time I order parts from here to he sent to Quincy or Ephrata they send me the wrong ones, often times missing by one part number showing me they are grabbing the parts with no care and just sending them, often causing me to wait a day for something I need and not get

They tried to lie and tell me I needed the most expensive battery for my car because I have a back up camera. All it took was a quick Google search to find out that's not true at all for my car. I've been a life long customer of O'Reilly's but I will never return to this location.
