My entire experience with Nolan's Collision was amazing. The entire staff was very pleasant, easy and great to work with. They made sure that I completely understood the process with filing my insurance claim and the time needed for them to do the repairs on my vehicle. Nolans is fantastic! When I got rear endedin February everyone else said they couldn't get my car in till the end of May, Nolans said they would work it in but it might take a while, it did take a while however it was mainly due to insurance hold up and they worked hard to fix that issue with insurance and were able to. They were super professional and my car looks amazing. Absolutely recommend.Services: Body & Trim

I had my front bumper repaired from a collision to the front passenger side in a blizzard off Tollgate. Much of it was covered by insurance but I also decided to have additional work done out of pocket on my rear bumper to fix some damage. The color matching is incredible and completely looks like new. Actually better probably. The original colors were appearing offset.
Only rough patch: After repair, I had hardly driven the car (couldn't wash for a while) so weeks later noticed randomly that the passenger side wheel lining was partially shredded. I assumed it wasn't replaced from the original collision by mistake so I went to the shop and showed them.
Two employees and I took a brief look under the car. We found that clips separated causing it to fall back into tire and shred.
Sadly, the conversation became heated for a moment as they were defensive and said I must have caused the damage somehow and I avidly disagreed. One said that a scuff and rock chips on a plastic air dam piece on the opposite driver side showed the car was crashed. I explained I had barely driven it since it was painted, there was no damage to anything but wheel lining and I'm the only one who drove it. One pointedly said I hit something and questioned my statement. Then a nice woman (I'm sorry, I forget her name) came out of the shop as I was about to leave and told me she would ensure they found what truly caused the problem on a lift. She ordered the new wheel lining and I brought it in. After repairing it, I offered to pay for the part if it was indeed my fault somehow (trusting their assessment) but she said they couldn't find why. The plastic was scuffed on the opposite air dam but that is common on any low vehicle with plastic pieces hanging down.
Point is, they did great work. I even understand my heated discussion with two of the employees (they take pride in the quality of their work). And most of all the woman who made sure they did their best to find the cause was great.
I would come here again, they will take care of you.

Funny way to do business when you're involved with progressive insurance. They don't return phone calls even as a courtesy here. I'll take my business to another shop that actually believes in customer care.

The service, communication were top notch, the work done on my vehicle was even better. Not only did they do great work and keep me updated, they detailed my car inside and out to the point it looks brand new. I don't think any company that takes that much pride in what the present to their customers is going to do anything but a excellent work! The office dog was also amazing! :-) and the staff couldn't have been more friendly! I will take all my body work to Nolan's. Well I am not the Laura P. from San Fran, I am from West Richland.
