If you have any sort of dignity don’t ever buy anything from this establishment.I pull up, there’s one guy in front of me pumping gas. I think “he’s probably been here a minute and will be done pumping, so I’ll wait for him to leave and pull forward so the spot behind me can be used.”I’m not there even two minutes and some guy comes storming out of the store in a rainbow jacket and bangs on my window asking “are you gonna pump gas or what” I was in shock and only could mutter out “yeah when the guy in front of me pulls forward” he rolled his eyes and stormed back inside.The guy in front of me leaves, and I pull forward. He only put $7 in. So if I had started pumping at the back pump he would’ve left and there would’ve been open space in front of me and then everyone would lose their minds because I didn’t take the front pump (they have multiple signs everywhere that say PLEASE PULL FORWARD)So I sit there pumping my gas and just get more and more upset. So when I finish ($54.50) I print my receipt and go in the store, I want a freaking explanation. “Do I look homeless?” “Is my car too old?” “Do I not fit the ambience of this ‘five star’ establishment?” All the guy can mutter out is that his “boss” watches the cameras and wants the line to keep moving. What line?? There was ONE CAR behind me!!! And if your “boss” really watches the cameras he should recognize my car because I get gas there AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. (I live in Kennewick but all my errands and family are in Richland. I wasn’t about to pay the “close proximity to Hanford” tax when I bought my first home) Well I put my receipt on the counter proving I bought the $54.50 of gas and said it’s the last time.I’ve managed several restaurants in downtown Spokane (if you don’t know, lots of homeless) and none of what this employee or his “boss” did is taught anywhere. I can only assume if the employee didn’t just make up this “boss” to exert some authority he feels he lacks at home, that the “boss” must be the owner because in all the places I’ve managed I’ve never been trained to watch cameras 24-7 and send my employees out to berate customers that don’t buy anything less than two minutes after they arrive. Absolutely disgusted. There are other options..

I have been going here for the past 10+ years and, while cheap, I have recently moved on to other stations. The past 2 summers, they have started to let farmers sell produce on site. I honestly wouldn't mind if they were just on site but they incessantly knock on your window until you roll down to talk to them - sometimes they circle back and bug you a 2nd time.But the clincher for me was a few weeks ago I was filling up and their pump was broken/leaking gas all over my hand. I went inside to wash off and the clerk would not let me use a sink (said they are not allowed to let customers use bathrooms/sinks inside). I explained the situation (gas all over my hand) and he simply said "the owner is aware". Seriously?So they get 2 stars for being (usually) the cheapest in town but keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service! I like a specific type of energy drink and they offered to order in extra cases for me.This type of personal touch cannot hardly be found anymore in today's society, so it's refreshing when you find it.

Often has the cheapest gas price in town. I didn't actually go inside...I was just there for the gas. Although with the smaller tank in my vehicle, the wait in line wasn't worth the $1.40 I saved. Well worth it for bigger tanks though.

Bad service tbh I tried to pump gas 3 times and their thing didn’t work and was taking the money out of my card leaving it pending meaning I wasn’t able to use it. I got so frustrated I couldn’t get the money back until it clears first it charged 52 with no gas and I transferred 20 and didn’t ether so I went to pump gas to another place without 72 dollars great! Never coming again

It was my 1st time there I was getting a scratch ticket it there was nobody in the store and the cashier/manager told me disrespectfully get off the phone and hurry up.. I'm disgusted very poor customer service coming from a manager.. And her excuse was she told me she was the owner.. It does not give her the right to disrespect people..

Lowest gas prices, the hoses are extra long, you can go to either side. When there's a line, it moves quickly. Good place to fuel up in TriCities

Cheapest gas in the Tricities on a day by day average. Great customer service and good selection of foods and household needs as well. I remember when it was one of the the only stores passed Road 32 in Pasco and still go there so that's saying something.

Not sure why their gas went up but it did. Not worth my travel clear to Pasco for gas I can get in my corner.
