On October 16 I wanted to change my device to another phone, I went to a metro store and they were not able to do it, but they were fast to charge me 29.01. I called customer service and James was nice enough to reverse the fee..but didnt actually reverse it , the next day they charged me the fee again and now refuse to honor their word. Customer care is a joke, they transfer you until you get tired and give up. Shame on you metro! Taking advantage of people like that.

If I could give negative stars I would. I told him I needed IPhone 11's four of them so we could switch from At&t and he said he couldn't tell me how many he had. I said well we're in Kennewick and we need 4 phones so will it be a waste of our time to drive over there? He literally told me it would not be a waste of time coming there and we drove over only to find out they did not have the phones. He literally wasted our time and our gas and I am so upset right now that Metro would allow that kind of disgusting behavior in there store.

Thomas!! He's he person to look for if you need help! I been to other metropcs and customer service really bad and no help at all but this metropcs on court st was really helpful I didn't mind an hour drive. Thank you Thomas for being such great help! This guy knows what he's doing ?

Pasco store is the worst they are my carrier and I called to see about an upgrade what they had and how much it would cost they told me we don't talk on the phone and hung up on me.

Good phone deals lousey service representatives.I went in to put in a claim on a missing phone. The one lady I spoke with was distracted and not being attentive to my conversation.. I had 2 step verification on most all my accounts and now I had no phone.. She asked me if I was at the store I bought the phone at? I said no and she told me I had to go there and waved me off. It was too late for me to get to the other store and get my claim started.. so much for trying to help a needy customer.. I needed my phone. every account I have is tied to that phone # and two step verification. I'm literally off the grid. Everything is in my phone. Contacts, banking, business I'm in the midst of, communication across many venues. Plus any information I need. So I left with much frustration and despair.

I visited this store a few days ago and had the best customer service I’ve had at any metro in the tri cities. I don’t know the names of the employees working, but they were very professional and kind. They worked with me, were very understanding and knowledgeable.

I will not be going to this metro store ever again very very unprofessional i was told twice that they would call me back. But nope i had to call them back only to call again and a woman just say hello not even mention that it is metro. Then i asked for the girl that was sapose to call me back in the first place and she left. Defently do not recommend this store metro will be loosing a customer because of this store.

I have been a metro pcs customer for 4 yrs and I have not ever felt so violated in my life. One of the workers allowed my ex husband to access my account even though he is not even on our plan due to domestic abuse all he had to due is give them my daughter's number and they gave him all the info off of my account even though the is a pin and a high security password they didn't even ask for it they allowed access to my call logs and changed all of my info over to his me and my daughters voicemails are in a different language and we can't even understand it to even fix it. There was a reason for the 2 passwords. I have been on the phone with metro just trying to fix what was done to my account.

Their phone plans and service are great but their screen protectors the glass ones suck because they don't stick on and don't stay on either.
