Dropped car in july on pre arranged appointment no one looked at car for weeks we called and called each time someone will call back still with them now parts are on back order it’s month and half
I wish I would have gone to another dealership or got it fixed from somewhere else …definitely suggesting to stay away from them if u own any electric vechile as I don’t think they have techs

Everyone made my first leasing experience fun and easy. I felt very confident in my decision after being informed on how the leasing process works, and had the best team of people helping me. Ronnie, Josh, Edgar, Andrew, Joel, Easton and Jonny all made my process smooth sailing, and were happy to answer any questions that I had for them.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. False advertisement, bait and switch practices, changes in prices offered (1 week price jump of $6k and $3k on 2 different trucks - NO SHAME), irresponsibly pulling credit scores, deceptive tactics. An apology does nothing for your time wasted, being lied to, and hard credit pulls.

Although we did not end up getting a vehicle here I just want to say that Cody was awesome in helping us look! He was very nice and knowledgeable, definitely recommend him and this location if you're looking for a car.

Looking for a truck? DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO TO SPECK, GO TO ARCHIBOLD, GO TO ANOTHER STATE OR CANADA IF YOU CAN!!! IF YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY, THEN THEY CAN HELP YOU OUT
HERE.
SHORT VERSION: DECEPTIVE MARKETING; PRICE CHANGES; LIES TO NOT SELL A VEHICLE.
LONG VERSION:
Trip 1: Went to see a truck I saw on their website. I get there and they tell me it is in the shop. They do not have a timeline for when it will be ready but make it sound like it will be a long time. "Want to check out this more expensive truck?" I end up walking away.
Few days later: "Manager" calls me. Gives me an offer. Ok, I'll go in a couple of days.
Trip 2: Here's that truck we were talking about but at a higher price then said on the phone. They honor the amount I was told. I end up giving them the ok to do a hard credit check. We wait. Finance Manager says "Oh hey, turns out we do not have the title for this truck. We have no timeline for when we can get it." Oh well, I walk away. (THIS TRUCK STAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE AS AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER THIS).
Next week. I am contacted for the original truck I went in to see in the first place. It will be ready they say. OH, BTW, THAT TRUCK YOU CAME TO SEE DURING TRIP 2? WE HAVE THE TITLE NOW. I agree to go again thinking 3rd time is the charm.
Trip 3: Hey, let's look at that truck you originally came in to see. We check it out. I like it. Now, let's talk numbers. I am thinking the price must be the same as originally offered. NOPE. Price is now $3k higher. Mmmm. I'm not liking that price anymore. What about that other truck from trip 2, you know, the one with the title issue? Oh yeah, price on that one is also much higher than from when you came in EXACTLY 1 WEEK AGO. I talk to RONNIE. I get his whole spiel about markets and industry driving price. I know it's all untrue.
Final Summary: Wasted many hours trusting Mccurley. (BTW, I currently have a car from Mccurley Subaru and Mccurley Honda and have good experiences with them). I think they are deceptive in how they advertise vehicles online. I think they lied to me about the title on a truck not being available because they did not like the price I was offered or my credit score (lower interest rate so less money for them). They changed prices on me multiple times and they pulled my credit (a hard check which affects your score). "Manager" did not care and I think that's a reflection of management. Please, do not go here to purchase a vehicle.
Update: I got a call from an employee. They said sorry. That's it. That doesn't change anything. They don't care about what they did. "Customer Care" # is just their automated answering machine with options for sales, service, parts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value transparency and Intergrity. Waited 6 months on them for a part for a recall. Scheduled a service to get it fixed. Had some AC issues so scheduled a diagnostic for the same day. Was told the service would be done by the end of the day, it was not. Come back the next day pick up the vehicle everything seems normal go to open our sunroof and for some reason suddenly won't open. Go back in and ask about what happened to the sunroof the associate Tim Marshall just passes the buck and gives us a generic response like he was reading a script saying it's out of there hands. On top of everything else with this terrible experience Tim let's us know that the part for the recall we thought already got fixed that day, the whole reason we came in was on order and they would reach out to us when it came it. Nobody in the entire transaction with them told us that the recall service wasn't done. Why even schedule us to come in if the part we were waiting 6 months on still wasn't there?!!! Again Tim just passes the buck and blames it on personel issues rather then doing ANYTHING to help the situation.
Went in with a broken AC and airbag recall, left with broken AC, airbag recall AND a broken sunroof.
The company use to be called McCurly INTERGRITY Dealerships we see now why they lost the Intergrity.

We started working with Adam and came in for a 2017 truck 06/09/24 .Once there we were told it was in the shop for work and they weren’t sure when the part would arrive. The truck was taken off the website a few days later. We were called in for a 2nd 2019 truck and was told by Edgar (a manager) it would go for a certain price. Once we were in 06/15/24, we were told oh never mind it’s this price now, 6k more then what my husband was told on the phone. I went ahead and told them I was already left with a bad taste/experience with Honda in the service department and I was just unsure of my trust with McCurley. Ronny (a manager) went ahead and said yeah I know we are failing in the service department and are working on improving but in sales we are doing great. With Ronny present (a manager) they then agreed to go back to the price we were brought in for. We let them pull credit (we had good credit). They did their thing pretending to go in the back, getting ready for paperwork and what not. When suddenly Ronny comes back saying “oh I’m so embarrassed, we don’t have the title” Right away I thought liars. But my husband gave them the benefit of the doubt (after 3 hours of being there). On Wednesday 06/19/24 I asked my sister to call the dealership and say her husband was interested in the truck and verify if by any chance the 2019 truck was still available. A woman on the phone said yes it is available. On Thursday Adam informed my husband that the 2017 truck we originally had gone in for was ready and if we wanted to come in to look at it, plus that the title for the 2019 was magically available now, one week later. We came in 06/22/24. Once in, they said they wouldn’t honor the same price we had agreed upon the week before for the 2019 and for the 2017 they went up 3gs. I was pissed. They wasted our time with their games. Adam was the whole time professional, attentive with us, asking if we wanted water or coffee, checking in on our girls making sure the tv was on for them. No complaints with him. For me though, this just confirms my distrust with McCurleys management.

We are happy with the quality of service that we received. Our vehicle had to be towed and we live over 300 miles away from where it broke down. Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took a while for our new engine to arrive but that is no fault of the dealership. However, when you have a bill over a certain amount it would be nice to have it washed.
