Chronically understaffed. Horrible service. No one is available to help, ever. Maybe this company should provide living wages to get proper staffing.

I have just spent two days waiting for a promised delivery from Lowe's Pasco. Each day I scheduled to be home to accept delivery - I check the delivery status each day before but all looks good, then no text or email warning me it would be late. They were quick to charge the $550 item but no follow through with agreed to delivery date. Disappointed.

Piss poor service. Then after you get piss, poor service, they don't want to answer their phone bought a nice washer and dryer and they delivered the washer but not the damn dryer so I had to go and get the fucking dryer myself and put it all in myself the newer ones are kind of a pain in the ass and I would've rather had them do it as they said they were going to do. Piss poor service

Kennewick Store: I was looking for a specific kind of space heater for indoor bedrooms. After Home and Garden was called to meet me at the aisle where they were located, I waited 15 min and no one showed. Requested again and the guy said he was with a customer so I asked for a manager to meet me because my time was short. Note: the middle of weekday and the store was not busy in the least. I waited another 15 minutes and no one showed. On my way out the door I asked for the store manager and waited another 10 minutes for him to arrive. He apologized (appreciated but did nothing to fix the situation). He offered to go to the aisle now but by then I was done with Lowe's. Bright side: I was waiting so long I was able to call Ranch & Home across the street to see if they had what I needed. Yep. So I drove across the street and more than satisfactorily completed my task. Lesson learned: In the future, R&H first.

So we needed our new thermostat put in because our old one was going out. We had contacted Lowes to put it in for us. we scheduled a date and the first one they wanted didn't work for us so we scheduled for the 2nd. The 2nd rolls around and Lowe's is a no call/no show. We called again they rescheduled us for the day we didn't want to begin with so we just said okay whatever. THAN we find out they rescheduled it out until the 30th. needless to say poor customer service. its a joke. We're going to use someone else.

Tyler and Joi (Managers) did a remarkable job! They returned my call within 2 hours. AMAZING!!! I needed an exception made as my senior Mother and I, were without a refrigerator. We were not only upgrading our main appliance, but our current refrigerator was not working, and thus a hardship to my family and I. I kindly asked them to make an exception under our circumstances to speed up the deliver or order a more timely refrigerator, and gracefully obliged. They sped up the refrigerator date, so now, my mother and I have not only a NEW! Refrigerator, but a reliable resources in Lowes. We look forward to continuing our loyalty with our eleven year history with Lowes, and we will continue to purchase "all" of our home improvement materials and labor, from Lowes! The Store Manager, Mr. Tyler, and his team was on it. We strongly recommend Lowes to our neighbors, church community, and family and friends.

Usually great service, in fact their lumber tons better than competitors. I make the drive passing other home improvement stores but recently was there to get some paint. No one manned the paint counter so I pushed the help button. I heard the overhead at least three times saying assistance was needed in paint. After literally 20 minutes I flagged a manager and they said the paint person was at lunch but they didn't have anyone to cover. She grabbed an employee who wasn't real familiar with the paint computers but they got it, at 37 minutes I got the paint I wanted. A number of time the employee kept having computer problems but said she was overriding the program and got the color I needed. Pretty frustrating, bought a couple other things and left, total time was almost an hour. Yes, saw the sign "Help wanted" but better scheduling is needed.

We got sale prices on the flowers. The staff wasn't as friendly as usual. Perhaps it was due to the cloudy ? day??

Purchased a couple of appliances on May 26, 2021. Was given a delivery date of 6/29/2021! What! I called the store, and they were able to give me a delivery date of 6/8/2021. I was so ecstatic on the phone, I think I worried the rep. Anyway, super appreciative of the staff here and their flexibility. I'm usually a home depot guy, but Lowes' customer service has swayed me.

Typical trip to another giant box store.Understaffed at the checkout lines.Employees on the floor that think they know a lot, but don't know what they have. One checker said that corporate was there. That's why the lines were so slow.

Not the best place to go because it always packed. I prefer Home Depot. Lowe's parking lot is always super congested, the aisles are always full even during covid-19 pandemic and their employees are nearly impossible to get a hold of if you need help. About a week ago, I stood around for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Multiple workers would walk by and said they would send someone over and no one ever came to help. I went around chasing someone down and still was unable to find anyone. I ended up calling the garden center and even then no one would answer their phones. As for "curb side pickup" they have you wait for 30 minutes. It's ridiculous because you expect to be in and out of there and if I wanted to spend my evening here I would not submit an online order. Oh and don't even get me started on returns. The line is always out the door and each return takes at least five minutes. Not sure why they are so slow to return. I understand they may be short staffed but Lowe's really needs to figure out their congestion issue and make sure their employees are available to help customers.

I was under the assumption that Lowes gave vets a 10 percent discount on purchases in the store. LOOK OUT because there is only a small portion of items that they will give a VET a discount on. In the past I always try to shop at Home Depot because they always discounts the total purchases 10% . Lowes on the other hand will always have an excuse why the items are not discounted and usually it works out to be 1% of the total purchase if that. They don't have the right to boast themself as supporter for veterans when the are clearly not helping them. DO NOT SHOP AT LOWES.

It is always difficult to arrive to this location and purchase what we desire. We spend more time driving back and forth to get the right product.
