amazing customer service!! the owners are very kind and helpful, we went in looking for the crinoline skirt and crown and we ended up trying on 2 dresses to see how the crown would look, we will definitely be back in the future! They were very accommodating and professional, they make your experience memorable.

Horrible place. They can't take measurements correctly. They "measure" me and the dress came really small and wanted me to pay extra to get it fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM THEY DIDN'T GET THE MEASUREMENTS CORRECTLY MY DRESS WAS VERY SMALL AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAGE AN EXTRA PAGE TO FIX IT.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid $300.00 for a dress my daughter could not wear. Paid for their in house alterations that were awful, Day of prom scrambling to borrow a dress from friend to get by! Owner Ismael refused to refund or exchange due to posted on wall. Paid for dress could never use or wear !

Yo recomiendo a Llanes Boutique. Ellos los dieron servicio fantástico con todo lo que necesitamos. Ellos se superaron con ordenar los DOS vestidos de Quinceañera de mi hija, los trajes de los chambelanes y los vestidos de las niñas!!! Que hermosos y bellos salieron todos!!!

The gal was able to book us an appointment on short notice! She showed us what she had, helped us to our dressing room, with shoes and a veil for my daughters first communion! She was super nice and helpful!!
