No longer would do business here. They now require insurance that they furnish, the rent has gone up three times in the past year, it's an absolute pain to make payments (I just spent 20 minutes on the phone to find out that the number on their website sent me to the wrong location, and the phone operators cannot access other locations when this error occurs, so I'll have to wait on hold again and hope it's right, and the last time I was in the area I was unable to access my unit despite being there during posted gate hours (which are no longer the hours I agreed to upon leasing the unit) and up to date on my payments. If it wasn't for the fact I'm hoping to get family photos out of that unit next time I'm in the area, and wash my hands of it and be done with this mess.

Stopped in to see what this facility had to offer and the over all looks, security and cleaniness. Im moving very soon and need to get my ducks in-a-row now.
Michele was more than helpful, showed me several units and gave me the tour of the grounds. She made the short experience a smooth and easy one. We will be using Storelocal for our stuff. THANK YOU MICHELE!

Storage areas seem clean and although a few people can be seen around the area as homeless, there doesn't seem to be anyone living inside the units

This place is CRAP! THEIR GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN SO YOU CAN NEVER GET INTO IT. They recently changed their "software" and lost everyone's cards that were on file and charged everyone a fee for being late when they had our cards on file. I do not recommend this place at all.
