Ordered food online and never had a problem until the last time I went to pick up my order. I ordered extra items from the customization section and added other items to my order with extra sauces. It allows you to get other items either free or for pay, depending on the items. I had ordered a few extra sauces for my food, and when I got my food, they only gave me one sauce and told me that I had to pay extra for the other one. Again I have never had this problem before??? Until now. If this is the case fix this issue online. ?

The service at each jack in the box in my area (Clearwater, 10th and court st pasco) have terrible customer service. Have not had a pleasant encounter

Ive gone to this location on normal days and then today on a terribly snowy day. I wake up at 3am and am in the area around 4-4:30am. Ive tried being respectful and trying to wait for the employees to finish their task whether it is updating their systems or maintenance. When in reality, I just want one sandwich. Then today with the terrible weather i give them one more chance and with no remorse or warning in any form the employee wont let me order. Its just the lack of respect or mercy is not there. Im not trying to bring harm to the employee but its very inconvenient and its kind of embarassing to deny a sale especially when its not busy at all.

I normally like jack in the box but I won’t be going because of customer service (specifically Margarette and Vanessa) Jack will continue loosing clientele with this type of service.I realized I got the wrong drink for my order and I expressed that to Margarette. Instead of a solution I ended up encountering Margarette’s defensiveness for some reason. Right away she tried to tell me what I had ordered when I told her I got the wrong drink and well fair enough because that’s what was understood but the reality is that I ordered a different drink. I tried to explain where I thought the misunderstanding was because she was insistent on me being wrong I guess. I know mistakes happen but I didn’t want to be stuck with something I didn’t even order if I was gonna pay for it which I think is fair. it wasn’t even that deep. But of course Margarette for whatever reason continued trying to argue that I ordered the drink she was trying to give me. (worse case scenario when you get the wrong order) I eventually had to tell her to calm down because I was speaking nicely to her and she continued to lengthen the issue that was not even an issue in the 1st place. It was a mistake and mistakes happen. It was cool. I then asked if she could just give me what I had ordered and she told me to pull up to the front. I went inside to wait and asked for her name because I honestly felt like I was treated poorly considering I was being friendly. I can’t imagine how mean they’d be to others. She refused to give me her last name and said I could check on the receipt which I later realized she didn’t give me. I asked another staff that was there if she knew her full name and Vanessa said “she just told you” and smiled. I understand not throwing your buddies under the bus but this is a job and these people are acting unprofessional towards someone who is speaking to them with respect. I just wanted my drink man ._.

Service is excellent. The staff are very kind, prompt, and they keep the place clean. We come to this location all of the time because we thoroughly enjoy the food and the environment these professionals provide. Good job!

One star is being generous. Went for lunch today. Did drive through. Ordered spicy chicken combo the sandwich was good the fries were stone cold also had Ordered the bacon cheese burger with extra bacon. The burger had no bacon on it at all

6/26/23 at 5:52pm drive thru order #168I am a frequent customer at this location and just experienced the most distasteful service I've ever had. I had an order of $56.40 which for some reason frustrated the drive-thru employee from the start and she made it very clear by cutting me off and giving me attitude. I also paid extra for curly fries (x2) which i did not get. My order of stuffed jalapenos had a very poor presentation (image attached). I am a huge fan of Jack in the Box but i will now make an effort and drive out of my way to a different location in order to avoid service like this. The drive-thru female employee rolled her eyes multiple times and had a horrible attitude completely unprompted. There were a couple other items i wanted to order but was discouraged because she cut me off and told me to pull up to the front. Last thing i got a chance to order was a peach iced tea, which i was excited about. She gave me an orange Fanta. I also had to ask for my receipt because i didn't receive one. I asked the female employee for her name she said it was "Vanessa" and walked away from me. The receipt says her name was "Ana". Being that i was a polite and courteous customer I imagine she acts this way with every customer she encounters which will easily turn away customers in the future thus causing your business to lose money. This establishment just lost a loyal customer today.

Rude employee named Vanessa. Don’t know her full name just know she works night shifts. Fix her attitude. If she can’t treat a customer nicely then she shouldn’t be able to have a job. Very unnecessary attitude she has going on. ?
