“Details is a wonderful store! It offers a huge variety of decor and furniture items, as well as unique clothing you won’t find elsewhere in Tri-Cities. While the store is smaller than it was originally, they still offer all of the quality furniture and lighting they did before. There seemed to be a bit of a turnover in staff over the last 12 months, but overall it is far more friendly to visit!”
“They have practically everything for your home and for all seasons and holidays. Huge amount of merchandise to choose from. Staff there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Home goods is one of my favorite places to shop! Oh and prices are reasonable and merchandise is great quality !!!”

He explained everything about the changes made over the past 13 years, and some of his experiences with his own newer bed, which was very helpful in our deciding to purchase. “I love this shop and I’ve bought a few of my decorative home items here however the hours are not accurate. It’s stated online that they’re open at 10:30 and I’ve driven all the way from Richland three times now on the days they’ve stated they’re open to shop only to arrive and no one is there and the doors are locked. There are no hours posted outside stating otherwise— it’s truly frustrating because I love this shop but I hate not knowing when to show up and if I do if they’ll be open. Please update hours to when you’re open!*edit* Owners updated store hours, thank you!”

“Prices were good. Too bad the Sunday crowd wasn’t raised to put clothes back on racks or pick up dropped items, so things become a mess. Also self checkout isn’t any faster. Especially since you have to stop and have person take all the security tags off at end. Don’t go on a Sunday”
