The company installed the solar screens abysmally, put screws through the caulking around trim and drilled a few holes to many, leaving areas for water penetration into my siding. I would leave one star but the product has been working great. These guys really need better install teams.

I’ve had the screens for 5 years. They’re great. Very durable and I save about 30% on cooling.

We had a screen installed on the south side of our house and during HIGH WINDS the screen flew off the window. We called them looking for the right type of clasps to reinstall the screen and they dropped them off at the house and didn't charge us. The screen has done a great job keeping the direct sun out of the south facing bedroom.

High Desert was very responsive, and great to work with. We had just three windows to cover and they still treated us with respect.Jake, their estimator and installer was friendly and informative, a very nice person.They had told us we were two weeks out, and then were able to squeeze us in between some other clients so they had our screens up in less than a week.A great experience overall, we highly recommend them and will use them for a project planned for the future.

We had a sun shade installed on our deck and Mark the owner promptly came to our home andgave us an estimate and Jake did the installation. Very courteous and professional!I would highly recommend this company!

Just a shoutout for HDSS! Great experience all around. Jake and Joe did a fantastic job installing our new screens. They were quick and efficient, tolerated our dogs and another work crew (April has been a busy month), and left my windows looking fabulous! Thanks guys!
