I made a 9am appointment, the app said they would not be done until 10:45, I said I could not stay until then. They finally took my car back at 9:55. I was stuck there until 10:45. Why make an appointment if they can't maintain the quality service they promote?
I will say the work they do on the cars is always perfect and for that I am grateful. I just dislike businesses that can't keep their own appointments.

Excellent service, friendly staff, always very helpful. I would recommend always making appointments, but they are pretty good fitting you in if you have an emergency. I recommend you get warranty on the tires, I got my road hazard damage replacement free of charge, so they are good on their word about this. Mine was sidewall damage that can be repaired. Normally not too long of a wait.

I am a regular customer, set up appointments, but appointment time means nothing here… 1:30 appointment 2:45 before truck gets in bay. I have emails saying deals on set of 4 tires, and should have tire rebate from Michelin… yep sure thing, a great $1550 for a set… way more than I should’ve paid!

Website showed a deal but didn't apply it to the price. Got a call back after I got my new tires on and they (Kyle) made it right. Great experience. Professional staff. Quick service with my appointment. 100% recommend.

Go here if you want your lugs cross threaded and sheared off.. My fun adventure: Pasco Discount Tire: Burden Blvd ..got there @1 appointment time car sat there till 2 ..ok place gets busy. Asked them if they wanted me to pay before the service or after, said that’s ok you can pay after.. Ok then guy at the counter goes out to the garage.. then comes back in from garage and asks if I want to pay now.. hmm weird Ok whatever sure since there might be a wait later. Mistake. About 10 minutes go by and the guy comes back and proceeds to mumble all his words all while standing 15 feet away. Like he’s actually having a conversation with me.. So I have to ask him to come closer because I can’t even hear the guy talking like he’s had to do this before. Most likely is the 15 foot reason in hindsight.. Then rattles off one of my lugs was cross thread and I’ll have to drive on 3 till I get it fixed in a shop. Proceeds to act like he’s giving me a great shop referral that will last 30 days,,, It’s a piece of paper that does nothing except state it’s my responsibility to pay for it with the shop’s contact info in Kennewick. Discount tire will try to flood you over by replying.. It’s a $5-10 part that all shops can repair. What they won’t go into is how shops charge $100/hr labor fees. Upon inspection of the bolt that Discount Tire over torqued with the air ratchet and had to shear off the car with the lug nut (so they could get the new tire on the car and send me down the road with 3lugs) There was no rust wear whatsoever in the lug nut or around the bolt. I only got the reply... It happens!! Ah wow how professional. So have fun spending another full day in another shop taking care of your new problem that at a very minimum if I’m lucky will be $100+ Not ever recommending this place or going back here for tires. This post is being cross posted from another site with reviews where the Business Owner wanted to understand the frustrations and make it right by telling me to reply to a broken copy/paste link.. which is only designed to save face with bad customer experiences..Not make it right. Discount tire had 1 job to do right.. go there at your own risk and leave with a piece of your car in your hand and an instant headache.

I travel and work in Pasco coming into town for a week each month. Tonight - on a Friday about an hour before they closed- I stopped in because my rental car was showing low tire pressure. The young man checked it and told me I had a large nail in the tire. Since my flight was leaving at 5 am - I was afraid of waking up to a flat. The guys at Discount Tire patched the tire - at no charge- and took care of me even though it was past closing. EVERYONE from the young man who checked the pressure to the manager to the young man who came out to tell me what they had done were EXCELLENT. You have a loyal Discount Tire customer for life

They said they had ordered my tires so we waited almost a week called back and they said they needed to reorder because they had just arrived but came damaged and would need 4 more days to receive. But then someone else told me they weren’t ordered the first time. We finally received the tires but I only needed to swap out 2 of them because one was punctured. I thought they placed my other good tire in my car but once I got home it wasn’t there. I called back and they said they would hold it for me to pick up, a day later I went to pick it up and was told they threw it away. It was a perfectly good Michelin tire that I wanted back and they didn’t care. Horrible customer service
