We got to the store at 5:40 on Sunday September 17 and it was already closed when they were supposed to close at 6pm. There was a girl inside but she ignored me.

Just after warning that the cashiers are thieves, when they tell you that you have something free for a promotion, a screen protector or cell phone protector or headphones, check your receipt and they charge you for it and they no longer agree to refund the asses even though you didn't ask for them ? hey I complained and he shamelessly told me that it is because they earn commission on what the objects sell.

I 100% absolutely regret changing providers. I can never log in to pay my bill, so if I call, they want to charge me a fee then. If I wait till tomorrow, then I have to pay a reactivation fee. This provider has caused nothing but stress. The service is sketchy, the app is always down, I've updated it 3x this month alone, and it's not getting better. The local stores won't help either. It's absolutely not worth it. I paid almost $1000 to move 4 lines over, and not only did they upcharge me on things I specifically stated I didn't want, but the phones were defective. Do not give them your business. They will not help you once you've set up your lines.

Wrong time on the app! I drove from Richland because they were open till 8 and they have a sign that says they close at 6.They need to make the update on the app so people don’t drive for no reason.Plz gas is not cheap.

Worst customer service. The store manager Julissa was being very rude. We went in trying to switch to Cricket, we asked several questions and she was being very arrogant. She was explaining and acted very disrespectful. She begin to raise her voice and saying that she wasn’t being rude. We proceeded to tell her that we didn’t like how she was treating us horrible and she begin to yell “then go to another store”. we continued on telling her how bad of a service she was providing. We left and she went out of her way to go outside the store laugh and flip us off. So much for Julissa being a manager.
