Been there twice for service during the middle of the afternoon and they were closed both times for lunch with no timeframe listed on the door as to when they would return and I was unable to get everything I needed done without spending three hours on the phone with customer service and a return trip to another cricket

After a bad experience at the Kennewick store I visited the Road 68 location and Dulse made everything right and simple and she was nice to talk to. I will send anybody that will listen to this location.
