I normally bank at another location. However, this Pasco location happened to be closest for getting a cashiers check. The staff there is incredibly off putting. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. The transaction to get my check was done by a tired and unfriendly girl. Do better! Granted I will not ever visit this location again.Sincerely,Private Client

Had a big banking issue that Chase customer service was of very little help it. I went into the Pasco branch and rockstar manager Rose and her team went above and beyond and took care of the time consuming issue for me. Rose went to bat for me and took a lot of time out of her day to deal with the chase fraud department on my behalf.

Tried to make a credit card payment thru the drive-thru window, just like I had done a week prior and they wouldn't take my payment. They made an excuse that my credit card and driver's license didn't match my account with them. I've never had been a problem within the last 4 years I was married using my married name. I told them that I would just go online and pay it and for my cash back and told them they just lost a customer. I was furious with them. Do not recommend Chase, ever. Horrible service at te Pasco location.

Not only did this company prevent me from financially hurting myself, they prevented others from doing it as well. Thank you so much. I will not bank with anyone else.

This branch (Angie) called us about an issue and asked us to call back. 15 tries later, to her phone number and to the general number for this location, no one has answered, not once, and they don't have voicemail. Seriously considering cancelling all my chase accounts based on this goat-rope. Customer service score = zero.

I was in there on the 23rd to open a high school checking account for my daughter and banker Brittany helped us it was a pleasant experience and she was super knowledgeable. Chase needs to hire more employees like this but overall great staffing they are all super friendly.

Went in to this location because I needed immediate help with my accounts. Bankers would not help me and gal Maira at the counter took over was very patient and willing to help me as she understood my frustration and got me to her manager who was also great help and took care of me after I was ready to take my business to another bank.

Every time I go to my bank I am always greeted with the most friendly staff, Brittany was so helpful I had so many questions and she was so patient with me and very thorough about making sure all my needs were met. I give her five stars for sure !!
