Had a big banking issue that Chase customer service was of very little help it. I went into the Pasco branch and rockstar manager Rose and her team went above and beyond and took care of the time consuming issue for me. My Chase teller Joaquin Moreno did a great job, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and took all his time to tell us everything we needed to know. What a great employee
