For my windshield replacement, I decided to go to their shop to have the work done, Located somewhere inside an industrial type area is the roll up door to Cascade Auto Glass. Not too hard to find, but don't try to get here without GPS. The space is clean with a large single driveway/bay to fix the glass. There are a couple of non-permanent feeling offices at the back, with people making lots of calls. There's even a waiting room of sorts, all clean, pleasant and providing the basics (bottled water, coffee, tea, etc).The windshield was out and the new one in in about 30 minutes. The tech knew what he was doing and wasn't wasting anyone's time. My work was paid for by insurance (minus deductible of course), so I have no questions about their pricing, I was never upsold anything while I was there. Oh, they have wifi as well, they make a point of it with a big note on the temporary partition between the lobby and the offices. A generally great experience from Cascade Auto Glass, but the whole space feels like something needs to pop. Maybe that front facing address?

Canceled my appointment. No call. No text. Wasted my time. Offered to send me $25 for the inconvenience. J decided to go to another glass shop. I took time off work and rented a car. What a joke

My 2015 Subaru outback limited got the window shot out by some youngsters in a white truck from portland OR. Cascade Glass Orchards Washington 13511 NE Kerr Rd #8, Vancouver, WA 98682 They were so nice , they came to my house cleaned all the broken glass replaced the window and wiped everything down. Great customer service arrived on time and left early. 360-944-5210 I Just found out they can fix window chips too. Gps their address and that works great too. Thank you Cascade Auto Glass for all your help.

A single call to Savana resulted in a superior windshield replacement experience. A service appointment was easily arranged, Savana contacted our insurance provider during the course of our call, and we were all set. Cascade acquired the correct windshield prior to our appointment, and the technician was ready for us at the appointed time. Brent was polite, skillful, and informative as he replaced the windshield with effortless mastery. Not only were Savana and Brent thoroughly professional in their approach to the work, they were also pleasant, hospitable, and personable. I bought a Groupon to get my windshield replaced by Cascade auto glass. They came out and did the windshield repair adequately. However, in the Groupon, they stated that I would get two $25 gift cards to a restaurant with the Groupon purchase. I have called twice to inquire about The gift cards. Yet, no gift cards. This is not how you should operate a business. My understanding is that there are many other people that have bought Groupon's with the gift card promise but yet, have not redeemed these gift cards.

I have to say that finding this place is a challenge but worth it. I was taken care of by Arturo who was down to earth friendly and managed to fix the chip on my windshield and it didn't take long at all! He was down to earth and a personality which ease my going to an unknown place. I will definately come back here and spread the word to my family and co-workers! THANK YOU ARTURO!

They replaced my windshield 10 months ago. I woke up yesterday to a crack right down the middle. I had not driven the car in a few days, so I called CAG about it. They came out in less than 24 hours and determined it was a stress crack and replaced it for free right then and there. Great service. 5/5

I found Cascade Auto Glass from a Groupon deal. Booking an appointment was very straightforward and easy. Oscar, the technician that came out to fix my glass called me 90 minutes before he expected to arrive, that was helpful! He was so nice. He then called me when he arrived and was very helpful in describing what work would be taking place. He then worked on my car, it took 45-minutes. I went back indoors and worked, he called me when it was all done. It looked perfect! Easy-fast, professional. Thanks Oscar!!!

Windshield replacements cost 150 WITHOUT a coupon. Don't fall for their tricks, they will sell you a coupon for $100 off for $20. So, you pay $20, plus $300 for the windshield which ends up being $200 for a total of about $220 for the windshield replacement. This ends up being way higher than just getting it done for normal price. SHADDDYYYYY

I had never heard of Cascade Auto but found a Groupon to use and I had put off my windshield replacement for far too long (did you know rocks fly???). *Professional staff, courteous technicians and OEM quality product. The install went well (20min tops) and my vehicle looks brand new! *Go online or call for a quote and to also ensure Cascade services your area. The website states free mobile service, but I was charged $19.95. *Cascade doesn't advertise locations with a physical address. They operate out of Washington state (call center environment) however they do respond quickly and with courtesy, open 7 days a week. *When making an appointment for service, plan only the glass replacement for that day as they leave a large window when scheduling (anytime between 8a-5p local time). Oh, and leave an hour of no driving your vehicle after install (allow the glass to adhere).

Prices are ridiculously over inflated for their coupons they have available. Specifically the one that sounds too good to be true from Groupon
