Terrible service at this point convinced he does a sloppy job just so you go back for more repairs. Been dealing with the owner for over a year rarely responds on anything really gotta annoy him to get a response or update on anything best bet is showing up in person. Blames problems on owner when it’s simply terrible and lazy work that leads to more problems. Not a man of his word will make empty promises to keep you off his back while he continues to delay your work. Be prepared for excuses and make sure to double and triple check the work done after.

I’d give a zero if I could. I bought a motorhome through auction in Pasco. The auction company said that there was engine and transmission problems. I hired the Car Doctor to get the motorhome and see if it could be repaired. They found it needed a catalytic converter and a transmission rebuild. After picking the motorhome up and driving it for about 100 miles, the transmission felt like it was slipping. I spoke to the owner, Ryan, who said to try adding transmission fluid. I tried doing that several times, while driving thru score snow, rain and high winds. I wound up leaving it at my son’s home in Utah. I found a transmission shop in Utah. The owner there said the transmission was basically burned up. That whoever did the transmission repair in Pasco, put in a junk rebuild. I had to have another rebuild done. I requested from the shop in Pasco to reimburse me the money I paid for his shoddy job. To date, I’ve had NO response. How this guy has a Google rating of 4.8 is beyond me. If you need transmission repair in Pasco WA, I would try finding another company to help you.

I had an amazing experience. Autozone gave me the wrong parts TWICE and the mechanic went above & beyond to satisfy my experience by taking me himself to get the right parts. I would recommend this place 10/10

$20,000 and 2 years later, I got my truck back with more issues than were worth fixing. Absolutely horrible communication if you don't stop by the shop weekly Absolutely nothing will change. He blamed me for everything he broke on my truck. He broke bolts, so he welded the cab to the frame. The front support had 1 bolt in it. My seats were absolutely covered in oil. You'll find a better mechanic at Walmart

Took our 04 seadoo XP to get diagnosed late March they told us it would need a whole top end rebuild. Paid 2.2k for that and diagnosis. Took 2 months to rebuild and then told us they were good. Took them out to water it ran for a few then shut off. Took them back to the car doctor and they said it was the flywheel, they replaced the flywheel said they were good. Took it to water and again did not start or run at all. Took it back they told us another part needed to be replaced and were gonna charge me 1.1k. Seems like they were playing eenie meenie miney mo on which parts to replace. Ontop of that they broke the trailer stand lock so it would not stay up once hooked up to truck. Jetskies were with them for about 6 months. 1 STAR EXPERIENCE OVERALL

I had my Kia worked on here around a month ago, and I really mean it when I say that Car Doctor is most likely the best mechanic in the Tri-Cities. They fill you in on a time estimate and the price is very reasonable. This is my new mechanic.

Really great people with really great attitudes ab their job. Dropped of my car in a pickle on my way to Spokane, they took are of it fast and took care of it well. With definitely be coming back if I have any more issues!!

Great service and in a timely matter, Highly would recommend going to the Car Doctor. No other shops would take in my car except for car doctor! Fixed my water pump, alternator and my starter just in time for me to go see my family for the holidays.
