Worst car dealership I have ever known. Took out a Jeep and has not been 3 months and the car needs service to be worked on. 4WD needs service and leak in the air suspension. This should not be happening even after Bulldog stating that they “fixed” any issues… They tell us to call warranty. Psh yeah ok, now I have to deal with fixing a car that should not have issues to begin with, even if it’s a used car. No empathy, no guidance, these are just money grabber sales people. Also when asked for the phone number to the warranty they gave me a number to safelight repair HAHA good one, thanks for absolutely nothing and thanks for the headaches. ZERO STARS if I could and my next review will be with WA BBB.

Do your research and ask all the right questions; especially if you are from out of town. My salesman was a nice enough guy doing his job. The owner on the other hand gave me the "used car salesman" vibe. I was a bit careless, because this Jeep wouldn't be a daily driver.I bought this red TJ from them. I live 4 hours away so I would have appreciated straight-up honesty for someone making that trip to buy a vehicle without seeing it in person. I was assured it would be worth my while. So we agreed on a price and I brought a cashier's check.I had a built TJ for years so I know what to look for. The first thing I checked was under the passenger carpet for water and rust damage. It was soaked. They tried to tell me it was the detailers who cleaned the carpets, lol. The owner came outside, shook my hand and doubled down on that. To be clear it wasn't raining and there was physical water under the carpet.It is 4/3/23 with a heavy rain right now. There is water pouring in through the firewall.They spray painted everything underneath black; likely to hide excessive rust. I didn't care; I am cutting all that off in the future anyway.Regardless I was confident I could fix whatever issue it had so I bought it.On the way home, the engine began to stutter intermittently and the check engine light came on. My wife and I laughed because she told me to take on the highway for a test drive, and I decided not to. Honestly, I would have purchased it anyway. I didn't drive 4 hours with a cashiers check to come home empty handed.Again, I was committed. This Jeep is going to get a complete makeover anyway. The parts will easily exceed what I paid for it.I've never left a sub-par review for a used car lot until now. Most salesman just don't know about ALL the issues a car they are selling may have. It's excusable in a way.....I felt I needed to on this one because unlike the other vehicles I have purchased for other lots, evidently, this TJ was the owners personal vehicle. So he knew with certainty about the issues.The owner of the lot and previous owner of the vehicle was willing to make eye contact with me and shake my hand after driving 4 hours.It's hard to find honorable people nowadays.

Had a very good experience with Juan Gonzalez. Everyone was very professional and treated us amazing. Gabe the kids little treat bags and made the paperwork side as smooth as possible

Bulldog Motor's owner cares so much about his customers experience that he goes out of the way to make things right, even when situations that are out of his control cause hiccups along the way. This has been by far the best car buying experience I've had with a dealer to date.

I purchased a vehicle through Bulldog Motors a couple weeks ago and had a great experience! One of their sales Reps, Ken gave me a great introduction and test drive. They gave me a great trade in deal and were very good hosts while I waited on loan approval. I highly suggest them for your motor needs.

Came in on a specific car but changed my mind after seeing their inventory. They're fast and we're able to answer every question I had. Ken Birch was nice to deal with and made me feel welcome the whole time. Never put any pressure on me to go look at other cars or change my mind on anything I wanted.

We all hope to find a dealership that goes above and beyond for us. I can't express how grateful I am to have found Bulldog, as I'll Never Go Anywhere Else. I have a repo way in my past due to medical issues and I finally got financed through united financial 7mo ago at a crazy 25.9% APR and I had to find a new car as my chevy cruze wouldn't fit my new wheelchair - Bulldog Motors got me refinanced at an awesome 8.9%APR and treated me as a human being through the whole process. You won't find a good deal especially at N.W.P. other than here at Bulldog Motors Trust Me...
