Bought a 2023 Frontier Pro4x from AJ, He did a great job and didn't try to pressure me into anything, I will say they get the sale first and then try to push for the added warrantees after. I would prefer it all up front before finance to make a more informed decision. Ultimately I think they got a few more dollars out of me then I planned on by going this route.

Debbie is really a kind and caring person she displays on the TV commercials. Because she sat with me to visit while I was waiting for my 2015 Nissan Sentra to be looked at because of the poor air conditioner, I drove away in a 2025 Nissan Leaf with a working air conditioner. That's significant because I am on Social Security. The long story short is that because Debbie just sat to visit and caringly listened and knew about a government program for low income folks, I drove away in a new car.

Update:
We did get our car back today after having the dealership tow our rig back to Pasco from Oregon. Apparently they neglected to tell us to drive the car around for a few weeks so that the ‘new’ engine could get running properly. A hose I guess popped off and that is why we lost all the fluid in our radiator. Thank goodness it was a simple fix. But I have to acknowledge that they did make our car a priority this morning. If we could have actually been camping this weekend I would give 5 stars. Here is hoping they are good with their word on this and we are ready to travel soon!
Our engine died in our 2018 Nissan Armada back in November 2023 so we had it towed to the dealership. They quoted us almost $20k for an engine replacement plus labor - mind you we own the car and it is in great physical condition. So they suggested a less expensive route was for us to purchase an engine ourselves and have them install it. They gave us a few places to check and we finally found an engine in June that we paid $5800 for and had it shipped to them. Nissan then spent several weeks to work on replacing our old with the new, had us buy some other part that was $1k and finally, they had the car 98% ready for us to take back. They tested the car engine supposedly and found an oil leak then told us the ac compressor was leaking but still said we could take the car and bring it back for them to replace the ac compressor since they did not have one in stock. $7k total for labor and additional parts but we paid it just happy to have our car back. Decided less than 24 hours later that we wanted to pull our trailer and go out of town to camp since we haven’t been able to do so. About 20 minutes away from Pendleton the engine started to splutter and then smoke and now we are on the side of the road. Called Nissan they said the warranty only covered labor…well to me obviously the labor was shoddy because this happened. Only offered to tow the car back but now we won’t get it back u til next week. Not super happy that they said everything was good to go…so yeah, we will see how the ‘repai’ goes before I change the review.

I called the service department around noon on July 12, 2024 to see about getting a replacement. I was told that they would have to see if they had one in stock and get back to me. It is 4:45 p.m. on July 15, 2024 and I still haven't heard back from them. I had to take car some where else to be repaired. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I bought my car from them and have services done by them. I am completely pissed off about this

AMAZING! I’ve been dealing with AJ at Bill Robertson for years! He delivers every time! He always goes out of his way to make sure myself and my family are well taken care of during the entire buying process. AJ and the finance team ask all the questions up front and make the entire buying process super transparent. I will be buying future cars/trucks from AJ♥️

Very happy with our purchase at Bill (& Debbie) Roberston Nissan! We went to a few dealerships prior just looking but John L. was our sales rep and he was awesome. Justin in finance made the signing and numbers process very seamless. I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff I encountered who made our purchase easy and comfortable.

at time of posting, i'd retrieved and driven my vehicle for about two weeks since it was fixed at bill robertson nissan - so far, it feels like a good job done!
however, it was very disappointing that i had to force my way to get a warranty for the work done. i could not pick up my car the first time after service because of this. i had to go an extra day on a rental car at my own extra expense. the most surprising part was the service manager doubling down when i asked him why a warranty was not a standard service. for a service where labor cost was $1,100 (almost 70 per cent of total cost), i expected a written warranty as standard practice.

Service Department-out of the 40 plus years of driving and dealing with dealer service departments, I can honestly say that the service department for Bill Robertson Nissan has the most friendly, professional and trustworthy that I have ever dealt with. I never felt like I was being overcharged, pressured or the service was subpar. Michael Robertson is also by far the best I've experienced ever in a service department, he is mainly who I've interfaced with. He exemplifies friendliness, professionalism and trustworthiness. Lisa, the service manager is a great example of this as well, she exhibits those same traits, she must lead by example as Yessica and Jose have also been wonderful. Thank you very much Bill Robertson Nissan for providing such excellent service! if I could give 10 stars I would.
