Should be called Best Prices NEVER. I used to enjoy going here when it first opened up. I was a regular and would spend lots of time and money at this store. After Lucas separated from the company I felt like it hasn’t been the same. Fast forward to last week… I had confirmed a price on an item with one employee and when I came back for it a few days later a different employee at the counter doesn’t believe the price I was given. He then calls the other employee and who denies he confirmed the lower price with me. They both made me feel like I was a liar and this was only a $20 price difference on an item that was damaged and marked as incomplete. I feel like they could have handled this situation better instead of wasting my time and making me look like a liar. I’ve spent at least a few thousand here over the years but they have lost my business for good.

Good prices on new, gently used stuff. Clothes, appliances, furniture. 7 day warranty on most stuff.

I like to check this place out for different random things. This store has changed from when it first opened now seems to have more broken things for sell. But if that is what you are looking for its ok.

Visited the Walla Walla location first and despite its small area, I was impressed with the order and spread of what they had to offer.Not so for this Pasco location. It felt like everything was just tossed on whichever shelf had available space. And the prices seemed higher here than in Walla Walla.I would rather make the hour trip than shop at the Pasco location again.

Always deals to be found here plus a very friendly staff that is willing to go out of their way to help you out. Inventory can be a little hectic at times BUT digging around finding the deals that you are after is half the fun! Everything from toys, automotive, electronics and everything in-between even major appliances!

I loved this store. Brought my husband in and from that point on he was hooked. Then about 2 weeks ago we went. They had expanded with the space next door. Pretty sure the price changes we noticed reflects how they paid for that. :(
