I shop here constantly and never have any issues and yet today the front end manager Denise was SO rude. She was getting hostile with me over a coupon not working when it was clearly their machine or app messing up. She got angry and then turned towards my husband and very loudly said she will do the coupon ONLY for him, due to him being “nice”. She then proceeded to add the coupon, huffing and puffing along the way and then told me the next time I have an issue I need to call customer service. Truly unprofessional, I think she needs a reality check on her little power trip. Or to just retire already. You should not be in customer service if you can’t help a customer without losing your cool. Do better.

NOT GOOD just left Pasco's Albertsons worker at the Deli department. Was out of decent fried chicken breast so I ask the worker there about how long before he would some Fresh fried chicken breast done he told me about 6- minutes and they would be done well I guess he didn't like me asking him for the fresh chicken. So he lied to me. Went back to the counter after a little while and a young lady was working there and she says there are no chicken brush that were down. She was just getting ready to do the white meat show. Yes, I'm retired. It's not a big deal, but it kind of p***** me off. I said something to the customer service gal. And I don't know if it went anywhere or not. So I just voiced my opinion with my irritation. Maybe the manager or corporate will see this. I don't know I just hate to be lied too. So I thought I would voiced my opinion. Not happy with Pasco's albertsons store on
Court Street!!!!

My partner and I got two items at 4:50ish pm on 5/12/24. We weren’t greeted by Jason. Jason was the cashier. It appeared as he didn’t want to be at work, as him presenting as sluggish. He forced us to reach for our receipt and groceries. Instead of politely handing us our receipt and politely push our items. We had to hyperextend our reach because he didn’t not even do that as a courtesy.

I don’t recommend shopping at the store. The people that are the managers are freaking rude. They don’t know how to read coupons. They don’t understand how people that don’t have a lot of money who bring coupons to the store that are eligible. They just act like oh well you can’t have that so I don’t recommend bringing any coupons or trying to do any business with this particular Albertson’s these people are disrespectful and don’t care about you or your life or your money or your time they just wanna just ignore you act like you’re being crazy because you’re trying to get what you need for your own family on a small budget. Don’t shop here.

To Albertson's Corporate Office and Management of this sad store in Pasco, WA....
CLEAN UP YOUR ACT AND TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WITH APPRECIATION AND RESPECT AT ALL LEVELS AND DEPARTMENTS.
Our society is being ruined by lackadaisical attitudes and no one MUST or is forced to accept this behavior.
I'm truly amazed at what we've turned into. There are is no "standard" anymore.
Yeah, not a patron anymore until situation remedied. Clearly, nor alone with my opinions.
It's disgusting.
UPDATE 03/22/24:
I find it rather interesting there's no "Reply" button when I've been asked by management whether I'd "like" to be contacted.
You can contact me anytime, I'm not complaining.
I stated my opinion.
Provide a reply option to the replies given in reviews and keep it transparent for all who read them.

As I stated, until that urine smell us resolved, because it's seriously so disgusting, I won't be shopping at this store, sadly for me and my Dad.
Was worth a shot.
2 stars for being an open grocery store.
Staff excellent!
Old store with a too-strong stench of old urine upon entry and throughout the store.
Until that's remedied, likely won't be returning.
It's really a sad situation, because living in West Pasco, very limited on nearby grocery stores with competitive pricing and despise the necessary evil WM.

This place will flat out steal from you. Ypu are required to clip the "just for you" coupons on the app. Thats fine. But this is the second time now that the register has not applied these discounts. Staff can't figure out why (not the staffs fault) I'm connected to store wifi. Clip music coupons more than 24 hours in advance. And it has worked for months, until recently. CHECK YOUR RECIPETS!!!!! ALBERTSONS WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

MY DINNER WAS RUIN!!! I got the family chicken dinner and they only give 4 pieces of the Hawaiian bread so I always get the extra Hawaiian bread. We get home and start eating we eat like 4 out of the bag so I reach to pull it out and it’s all moldy from the sides and top ? so I go back to Albertsons and tell some girl that was there. I said “hey I just came like 30mins ago and noticed that this bread has mold and she looks at it and says “well you ate some of it already” and called her manager and they told me I can exchange it and I wanted something different and she said NO had to be the same bread!! Why would I want the same MOLDY bread that I’m returning.? so she said to come back tomorrow because they couldn’t do. Refund! 02/25/24 @8:30
