After a long roadtrip we were passing through Pasco. We decided to stop into 7/11 for a slurpee. We thought it would be an in and out situation but we met a very kind and helpful employee named Steven. First he stopped and asked us we needed help with anything. We said we were downloading the 7/11 app and he asked if we needed wifi. We had cell but I thought that was very courteous of him. He helped us with the app and we told him we were passing through onto Boise. He wished us a safe trip. The interesting thing is he really seemed to mean it. I really appreciated his helpfulness and kindness. What a great employee! Just because of him we plan on stopping by each time we pass through Pasco Washington! Thank you Steven! We’ll see you the next time around!

There was an awsome girl that had super positive energy every time we stopped by and I mean every single time! I take my family to get treats all the time and she made our visit wonderful! But I haven’t seen her anymore and the current staff is terrible! Every time I’m ready to pay it takes so long for them to actually start scanning…the line builds up real quick! On top of that they have cursed bad words in the background my little ones shouldn’t need to hear that when getting their slushys hopefully management sees this review and addresses this problem I really don’t wanna stop going here because I know there’s not many 7-Elevens left around.

this is our go to spot every morning we love stopping by, there's usually a very polite girl with dark hair who ALWAYS greets you as you walk in and brings you up with a smile. today was diffrent the "assistent manager " was working on register she was cashing everyone with a smile until it was my turn not sure if it was because im hispanic or because i only had a $100 bill on me and my total was $10 dollars she then procceded to say i don't have change, I suggested the big safe of change they have on the floor, her response was i dont have enough money on the safe to change it . I thought Excuse me ? are you serious ? you just don't want to deal with it and be lazy ! as an "Assistent manager" what an example to be ! i stayed quiet and then she procceded to say its going to take a minute wich i said okay ill wait, since i needed the stuff and thats all the money i had in had, waited about 5 min and then she gave me the change with a nasty attitude i payed for a bag and didn't even hand me one as soon as she gave me the change she left the counter leaving me to struggle with no bag as i was struggleing to grab all my stuff and drink and walk out, you guys need a diffrent "assistent manager" since i can see in the reviews im not the only one whos been dealing with her nasty attitude.

If u wanted to make an instructional video on the worst customer service of all time spend some time around the curly haired assistant manager I believe. Everything else about 7eleven is aces tho!

Was offered an interview via a manager named Bobbi. She contacted me yesterday to be at the store for an interview today at 11am. Upon arriving 17 minutes early, she was nowhere to be found. The employee at the counter called her and Bobbi said she "forgot". I applied for the richland store yet they had me drove 33.5 miles both ways from west richland to pasco for an interview that they didn't show up for. Gas is 4.65/gallon and my entire day was rescheduled for this. Unprofessional, no response from neither the owner nor the manager. Giving corporate a call later to tell them how they conduct pre-employment steps.

Come slurpee didn't work but I still got one. The gentle giant was the best part of my day. He was kind and joking while working at a swift pace. Hope you go there and meet him

For a 7/11 they don’t have anything at this one, they hardly have any chips, drinks, they have more pop-it’s and batteries than actual good snacks

No issues with inside the store my problem is the 2 or 3 guys in black hoodies hanging outside standing/sitting by ice machine we pulled up along with another car we both looked at these guys and backed up and drove awayNo joke we both made eye contact and knew when both had the same gut feelingHmm I wonder how many other potential customers have done the same?Why are they allowed to hand out there?
