My name is Gil, and I'd like to tell you that I had to get a good battery for my dad's truck. This kind man here at budget battery was very helpful and he went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I believe his name is Kevin. Yeah I'm terrible with names, I hope he doesn't mind me giving this review. I had bought a battery for my parents John Deer mower back in February, right before dad passed away. Kevin was very kind when I told him about my dad falling down and broke his nose fractured his back and neck. He gave me the correct battery for the mower. So I inherited my dad's truck, and I live way out in Randle. The truck would need a jump, if you left the door open without starting the truck immediately. I remembered how Kevin took care of me with the mower battery, a few months before. So I was in town (Tacoma /Parkland) to help my mom. I told her that I needed to get a battery for the truck. She said go to Costco, but I said no I want to go to the budget battery and see if I can get a new battery with an extended warranty. So I pulled in, and this nice guy came out, and tested the battery first. He gave me 2 options. New or refurbished, it was a difference of around 60 dollars. But it also had a 5 yr warranty for the new one. So he cleaned up the connections and removed the old one and installed the new one. And he remembered me, I told him that my dad had passed away after I got the mower battery. Listen folks for an old school morals and values kinda guy like Kevin to be there, in this day and age... Yeah it was great to know that kindness and helpfulness were still around. Thanks my friend I am happy to have a great person to help us older gentleman.

Wow, great place and a great deal on car batteries! I was planning on going to one of those bigger auto part stores for a battery. called ahead and they said for the middle battery (for a 2007 Acura) was like $165 + like $50 for 1 years warranty and plus a fee (Like $20?). Idk, I was just desperate at the time so I would've paid it. So, I typed in the address and headed out, but my GPS took me to Budget Battery! I was shocked, but I heard good things about this place, so I went in to check it out. The guy (Kevin) that was working was a really nice guy. He sold me a brand new battery with a warranty INCLUDED for $145.00. AND they will install it for you and get rid of your old one. I highly recommend this place to get a car battery. The great thing about them is most of the batteries come with a warranty, so if anything goes wrong, you can always bring your car in and they can fix it! I will definitely return here for all my car battery needs.

Had my daughter's car battery replaced there last week. Battery works fine. But, her car immediately started to shake ALOT! When she asked him about it, he just replied that he didn't touch anything but the battery. Got it home and after googling, saw lots of videos addressing that issue. Watched a video and was able to fix the shaking. I'm positive that we're not the first customers who've had this problem. He should have told us how to fix it or told us to watch the video. Poor business practice. Would not recommend to anyone now.

I've been getting my batteries here for 30+ years. Went in and bought one today and the guy working did a good and meticulous job swapping out the battery- great service!
