“First of all my experience with Fix Auto was above and beyond positive!
My car was rear-ended in a hit and run accident and considered as a total loss due to the cost to repair versus the worth of the car.
I did not want to give up my car and did not care about the cosmetics (paint, dents, etc).
I was only interested in fixing the lights so that I could drive legally and safely.
So I looked to find someone who could fix my car, and Fix Auto was the answer to my prayer. They were my first and only stop. They met my need and went above and beyond what I expected to fix my car. The price was less than what they initially had quoted me after they finished everything and the time they kept my car was a lot shorter. I am soooo grateful to Fix Auto for their services??☺️??

“We had a fantastic experience with John Valentine. We were looking at two different vehicles, and John was very knowledgeable with them both! We spent the whole day with John, doing some test drives, and the entire time John was very thoughtful and genuine. After we got set with both the cars, John made sure I got the myGMC app downloaded, got my OnStar connected, and got my phone connected to the car! He made sure I was set up from the very beginning. “I was in an accident. My car was totalled. I didn't want to give my car up and decided to repair her at my own expense. I called CarStar and they don't take walk ins and they gave me a week later appointment to just to look at it. I read the Google reviews for Prestige. I decided to give them a call. The office staff Karina (sp?) Told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do for me. Wow! Genuine and professional care for my business. Upon arrival, I met Mike one the auto body technicians. Man, is this guy my kinda people. Friendly, experienced, knowledgable, and I felt he was very committed to gain my business and treat me fairly. Alex (Manager/Boss) gave me a quote that same day. The quote was very reasonably priced and I felt confident that my car was gonna be in good hands. I cancelled my appointment with CarStar and left my car with Prestige. One of the best decisions of my life! I was happy that Mike would call me on updates of the progress on my ride. I dropped the car off just before the holidays and they got it back to me with a quickness. Let me tell you true...when I saw my car upon pick up I was amazed! Noone would ever know she had ever seen such trauma with her passenger door caved in, fender dented, bumper scuffed, etc.Not to mention she had a huge crinkle in the rocker panel that I thought would have to be cut out. Yes, it was that bad.Mike did magic. I grabbed his arm in shock saying.."Oh my God!" the repair was like glass. The rocker panel was totally smoothed out. Everything was beautiful! The paint match for the body was perfect. The work done was nothing less than a miracle. I couldn't believe it. To say I was pleased with their service would be an understatement. “I brought my car in for multiple body repairs and I was extremely happy with my estimators, Jose Aguilar and Derek Noble. Jose was up-front and honest about what he could do for me. Derek kept in contact with me to let me know of any issues (one part was very difficult to get) and the time-frame for the work to be completed as well as the cost. The office staff were courteous and professional as well. I have used Titus-Will Collision before and I've always been happy and satisfied with their work.”

“Where do I start…..today I came in for keychain let me just say I’ve been to a lot of car dealerships in my lifetime this experience with top-tier for the smallest little keychain, they treated me polite. “I visited this store when it first opened almost 20 years ago, and found myself there again recently. They were and still are super friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”

“These guys are pros. Brought them a cracked 20-inch rim that had been welded twice before elsewhere, and kept leaking air. They managed to finally fix it so no more issues. Wish i brought it to them sooner. Answered all questions and did it faster than the other place, needed less than 24 hours to weld and fix everything.”

“I am a lifetime customer. I've bought from them since the early 2000s and will continue to do so. If they is a problem (there rarely is) they always are taking care of it. This last time I had a problem with one of their ceramic products and they took care of me.
I appreciate them being here and available. And in Tacoma, so nearby, lol!”
“The body shop i had previously used installed a cheap after-market bumper on my truck that crumbled after a very small bump. Why? turns out they were acquired by a larger company and had contracted with the insurance companies. This shop has not; they are one of very few truly independent shops in the area. They work with insurance companies, but not for them. It is refreshing to know that they will look out for me their client and not perform sub standard work to please the insurance companies.”

“When the major shop told me no, Blue Sky said yes. I needed to have my windshield replaced, but the major shop (think S..L..) wouldn't do it because there was a small amount of rust on the frame. Blue Sky got me an estimate right away and finished the job in 2 days for a great price. This shop definitely has a can-do attitude and they are willing to work with you so you understand your options. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and seemed genuinely grateful for my business. It definitely pays to shop local.”
