“Wanted to wait a few months before I left a review just in case there were any hidden repairs tacked along with my purchase. I bought a 2008 ram 3500 6.7 a few months ago and was having issues with coolant disappearing right off the get. The egr was acting wonky which is a common issue for these motors and an easy fix. I called ahead and scheduled a test drive for opening, they were right on time, great sales team everyone was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Looked like they got a lot of killer cars on the lot if you're shopping around you won't be disappointed dropping by.”

“This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had hands down. As soon as I pulled up and saw there amazing line up of beautiful cars i knew this was gonna be great. They say they are a no pressure dealership and they mean it. Keith was our salesman and what a great guy. He was so friendly to us and our kids. Sr kept true to his word from the beginning. He also told us he buys the best of the best. No junk cars and it was very clear that was true.This was our first time buying a car from here but it won't be our last. “Leaving this review 1 month post-purchase of my '21 C8 Corvette from West State. I can honestly say that Tony, Rohit, Slava, Mack and the team simply care - and thats something rare in the auto dealer industry post-COVID.Location: Very convenient, just off of I-5 in Kent. The showroom itself was beautiful - nothing like what you'd expect from a "used" car dealership. Rohit was knowledgeable about the local area and was able to suggest a decent test drive route which consisted of a great mix between town and freeway roads.Inventory and Staff: This is a specialist dealer, and you can definitely tell. The team is full of car people, with the owner Tony personally owning a 488 Ferrari. They were extremely knowledgeable about the mechanical and technical details of the vehicle, and even suggested several add-ons that would be helpful post-purchase.Purchase Experience: While the dealer offers in-house financing, I went with my local CU. There was no pressure, and the team made filling out the paperwork a breeze. It was nice to see that every purchase came with a Carfax, as well as the option of having your own personal inspection done.The car: All I can say is look up any review of the C8 on YouTube! It's an amazing car for the money. I will be getting the front grille guards as suggested because the front radiators are quite low to the ground.”

“Brought a 2012 Toyota Camry from Tyler be honest wasn't sure if I wanted to get the car right away and I wanted to see my other options Tyler wasn't pushy at all or upset that I wanted to browse my other options. Super easy and clean process wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Also coming from Mechanic the car is very well inspected and cared for not your average dealership where they buy cars and push it out to the lot! 10/10 would come back for another purchase!!”

“Malik was amazing and professional. He was upfront about the vehicle when we went to look at it. I bought a 2006 Ford Expedition and they are notorious for having coil issues so I asked him what issues the vehicle had when he picked it up and he said that the coil was bad so he had his mechanic replace it.I was blown away by his honesty. “As someone who works in the auto industry, I usually get lots of red flags when buying cars. Martin was only green flags from beginning to end. We showed up on a Thursday night to test drive, and Martin gave us the keys for the Crosstrek that we were looking at, and told us to bring it back when we were done. No sales pressure, and he didn't ask to go with us. My husband and I took it around Auburn, and on the highway to ensure that everything worked as it should. We were able to truly test drive it and not feel any pressure. We pulled into an empty parking lot and opened every door, the hood and the hatch. We checked EVERYTHING without some nosy salesman over our shoulder. It gave us an opportunity to experience the car the way that you would when you got it home. The Crosstrek had been in an accident, so before we had gotten there, Martin had sent me the Carfax, photos of the damage, and all other pertinent information so that my husband and I knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. The car drives like a dream, and the repair work from the accident is beautiful. The frame is straight, the paint match on the new panels is perfect, and the gaps between the panels are as aligned as they were when they were new. My husband and I came back on Saturday after thinking everything over and finishing up the money situation, and Martin greeted us again with a smile. Over the weekend, Martin was answering all of my questions via phone calls and texts, and was incredibly patient with us. Before we got the keys, he put a full tank of gas in the car, and got it washed and the interior vacuumed. The paperwork part of the transaction was easy since Martin filled everything out for us, and explained each document and what it meant. Now that we've had the car for a few days, and I've had time to deeply look into the repairs, I can say that I'm even more pleased. The care that was put into this car is evident, and I'm so excited to have it for the adventures that my husband and I are planning to go on. Martin was honest, patient and kind through the whole experience, and I'd recommend him and his cars to anyone! Thanks again, Martin! We love our Crosstrek!-Tori and Zae”
