“It’s a long story, in 2019 a dealership had my truck sent down to them for a warranty repair that turned into a full engine replacement. The owner was amazing to work with and preformed amazing work. Went down to pick my truck up and drove like brand new. Owner only gets new or ultra low mile engines. Warranty company shafted the owner for the rest of the bill, I didnt find out about this tell 2023. Called the owner and talked for a bit and had a great catching up conversation. I will always take my diesel trucks to them even though I don’t live close to the area. The dealership sent my truck with the engine in pieces and they took care of it right away. I apologize about the warranty company shafting you and if I would have known I would have helped fight it.Pleasure to work with and a customer for life!”

“I’ve been here twice now and I have not been disappointed with the service. I’ve had my resonator deleted previously, and today I had my O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced. Each trip I was sitting in house for less than an hour. The lady at the front desk is always so down to earth and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. The Techs there definitely know what they’re doing! Highly recommended.”
“Davey is the most honest and trusting mechanic in the area. My whole family has been taking their cars to him for over a decade. I have recommended him to countless people. If you have a Honda or a Toyota even better. He has always made sure to go over things with me in a very thorough manner. He never suggests doing maintenance that is not necessary. Sometimes being a female its hard to know if someone is taking advantage of you and this is NOT the case with Winston's. I will never take any of our vehicles anywhere else!”

“I brought my X3 M40i in for an oil change, brake pads, sensors and to clear all these faulty codes BMW has on the hard computer. I am very particular on who gets under my car but these guys did a great job. The computer system was reset and the nav works so much better. The brakes make no noises very smooth ride and they finished my car in a very reasonable time. Very friendly staff and quick to respond. Thanks Evergreen Auto!!”

“Had as good of an experience as one can have when paying for transmission repair. Everyone in the shop was super friendly, and the repair was super quick once the parts were ordered. Prices seemed fair. I appreciated the free diagnostic; other shops quoted minimum labor charges for diagnosis in addition to any repair costs. “I didn’t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper’s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”
“I had the pleasure of buying my new set tires at Wheel and Tire Proz on 1/8/2024 they came Highly Recommended by a friend of mine .I searched by my plate and secured a quote for the tires and was overwhelmed by the lower cost . I called 30 min later and was told they had those tires in stock and if not they could get them by afternoon. I said, do you have availability today and they said yes if you drive over, we should be able to take care of it for you. I was 20 minutes away and when I arrived, I was greeted by Tony very friendly, who is who I talk to on the phone. He pulled my car around. He said there's actually a tire comparable that's a little less expensive. I'll bring it and let you look at it and you can choose which . I ended up going with the one that was a little lower cost and was in shock to leave with four new tires alignment under $650 with an hour of my initial contact with them. I would highly recommend this business friendly staff fast and efficient service and truly the fact that nobody tried to upsell me at a time when my finances tight was a plus. When I managed a non-profit transportation company he did all of our engine replacements and transmission rebuilds, as well as other maintenance at A-1 Auto until the lot was sold to build condos.
I initially met Jonatan because he and his business partner ran the most honest transmission shop in Seattle. And now he runs the most honest mechanic shop in Seatac.”
“I took my truck in for a regular oil change and air filter replacement. They got my vehicle in two mornings following my first phone call, and even finished my truck within a few hours of dropping it off.They make use of an online system that gives continuous updates on every single step of the process, and even include photos and videos of the whole process. It also allows the technicians to make specific comments on each step and give general comments on other things. It's incredibly helpful.Finally, I only encountered two people, but those I did encounter were incredibly friendly. The service was top notch.Overall, this was one of the best and seamless encounters I've ever had with an auto shop and places like this deserve as much attention and love as they can get.I couldn't suggest this place more.”

“i had to get towed to here early in the morning because of a loose splash shield that looked like it might fall right off.i had no appointment setup and had never been to this shop before.despite this, Joe and the team were able to quickly check and remove my splash shield right as they opened.and get this, they didnt even charge me for it!very impressed with their service.they were fast, welcoming, and treated me with respect.will definitely be coming back here for future repairs!”
“This is my third visit to SeaTac Transmission and I have never been disappointed. It is about the most HONEST transmission shop out there and the owner/employees are top notch. Just took my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in today for a CVT and Rear Differential ATF WS fluid change and saved about 50% from what a dealer charges for the same operation. Honesty and value, what else could you ask for.”

“Greg's Japanese Auto is great! Called the store and spoke to Donny about setting up a same day oil change on a Saturday. He managed to fit me in a couple hours later. When I got there he was honest and very friendly. While the oil change was being done he came to speak to me about removing some of my plastic undercarriage that was bent and scraping the floor while I drive. He told me his tech would be removing all necessary broken pieces, a service I was not expecting. When the work was done I received a text with a service report, including pictures of the bent undercarriage that was removed. Was not expecting the report so I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall - 100%. Definitely recommend. Had a synthetic oil change coupon which had me $55 out the door.”
