“The actual Customer Service was good. The charges for towing and storage are outrageous!!! Your car is held hostage and you have no choice but to pay it or loose your car in an auction after 3 weeks!!! You have to try to get your case before a Towing Court to try and get some of your money back.”
“Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”

“Two of my tires popped after hitting a curb. The representative who took the call was very friendly and extremely helpful. The tow truck driver, Harry, was very kind, fast, and efficient. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes of the call. Overall, it was a very friendly and amazing customer service experience. I will definitely use this service again for any future roadside emergencies.”

“My friends car wouldn't start in the very narrow parking lot at the old town dock in Ruston way. We called Hull Towing. Nathan answered on the second ring. We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. He maneuvered the vehicle in what looked like an impossible situation onto the back of the truck with ease. Got us to our destination safe and sound, and his prices are fair. “I was in quite the predicament. Called them, showed up in about 20 minutes. I had a 26ft box truck fully loaded stuck 100ft off road in the mud. Worked safely and cautiously to get unstuck and roadside. Easy, fast, friendly and efficient. I would call them again in a second. Great service, great price. 5 Stars all day!”

“I had a great experience with Kent Auto Repair a little over a year ago. I initially visited them to get my freon refilled, but unfortunately, it leaked out soon after. I returned, and their team was incredibly responsive. They quickly inspected my AC system, discovered a leak in the condenser, and had it replaced by the end of the next day. Just took my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in today for a CVT and Rear Differential ATF WS fluid change and saved about 50% from what a dealer charges for the same operation. “My husband, my newborn and I were on our way to get my car serviced and then to an appt when my car would not start. The engine wouldn't turn over what so ever. I used my insurance, GEICO, to get roadside assistance and they were so fast at locating someone and sending them to me immediately. My husband was scared it was going to take a while for them to arrive but I called dispatch, asked her if we had to be present and if she knew when someone would be coming. The gal was very kind and informed me that she had someone that would be coming to me immediately within 10-15 min. My husband and I patiently waited and kinda started getting antsy wondering where the tow truck was but I wanted to give him grace in case he got lost or something. Well, JJ was the person who helped us, he called me to inform me he was about 8-10 min away from me. I can't lie, I did get sassy with him and told him we were told he'd be here earlier but he explained to me that he needed to assist another coworker because they had broken down. I instantly felt bad for being such a jerk now and told him that we'd see him soon. As soon as JJ arrived, he was super professional and kind. He asked us what was wrong to double check, we explained, I handed him my car key and we were on our way! Super fast. Not even 5 min after leaving, JJ calls me and tells me he turned my car on!! My husband and I instantly felt stupid. I asked JJ how he got it to turn on, he explained and even offered to not tow the car to the shop anymore if we wanted to drive it instead. Since we had already left and it's through insurance, I just asked him to tow it to the shop so it can still get diagnosed to figure out what's going on. Overall JJ was amazing!”
