“I love this place is open till 10:00 p.m. that is so unbelievably convenient. Most storage places I've been dealing with lately closed at like 6:00 p.m. and I just never was able to make it to my storage unit. Once I figured out I needed to set up my online account in order to gain my access code. It was super simple. I love that I was able to get my unit contact free and the guy on the phone that I originally dealt with in getting my unit was super helpful and gave me lots of different options as to what I was looking for and settled on the perfect unit. “Super easy to get my unit started. I even requested a specific building and they had it. I put a memo in online when I reserved a unit and, unlike so many other places I have been, they actually read it and were already prepared for that odd request. It was cool.The only suggestion I would make would be to estimate a little bit up when estimating how much it will be total for move-in. I did have to run back out for a little more cash because the office person estimated about $10 under what it was going to cost. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.”
“Excellent Service! Do to change of employees for our company, we weren’t able to gain access to our unit. I flew in from Cali to get things straighten out and I was greeted my Kathy(GM) she was really understanding and went above & beyond beyond to transfer all information to my name and gain access to my unit all in matter of 10 minutes! Talk about to customer service ?Kathy was really informative as well for me being new to area. Look forward to her assistance in the future for any problems that might arise! I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! “Moving can be stressful, especially when it is long distance across states. A2B made my move smooth and the service was excellent. Samantha was able to answer all of my questions prior to booking and was extremely prompt in doing so. Travis was excellent from pickup to delivery.At pickup Travis and Armondo were super efficient and took care with my possessions. It was a tight squeeze with getting my couch out but they found a way. They were also able to take apart my bed and desk to transport them. The load time was less than estimated which was also awesome.At delivery Travis and Shane were again super efficient in getting my boxes in the correct room. They also put my bed and desk back together as it was prior to pickup. Nothing was broken! Travis truly takes pride and care in his work and it shows.Overall, great experience and worth the money for a smooth move.”
