Nightmare of an experience transmission went out after 7 days and they refused to take the car back and give me my money back. Some shady things were altered in the contract. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The owner sold me a car that he bought for $1000 turned around and sold it to me for 7k and he messed with the odometer so I was thinking he was a solid auto dealer but no this guy is a shark like a lot of them. Found mold after inspection. The professional who did inspect the car said this car for sure sat for a long time. Ive heard from other customers that their odometer didn’t have the correct miles either. Do not buy from this place trust me you’ll thank me later

I had a fantastic buying experience. They were honest, friendly and patient through our buying process. They openly discussed issues with the used vehicle we were interested in and fixed them before we purchased the vehicle. Maj & Myro are outstanding! Not only impressive business men. But family men with huge hearts that love providing a great experience for their customers. We FLEW ALL THE WAY FROM ALASKA to purchase a vehicle from them. Saying they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They even picked us up from the airport! SEATTLE AUTO HOUS LLC, I can think of one nice thing to say. SOLD ME A BROKEN CAR !! Two stars so that people won't immediately write off my one star review but yikes I'm not even sure they deserve one whole star. Sold me a MEDIUM cute Range Rover which I can forgive seeing as Range Rovers are inherently ugly. However that is not my beef with SEATTLE AUTO HOUSE LLC. My issue is that the car the they sold me did nothing but leave me in debt. On top of this with what I can see from the other reviews, all the cars on the lot have major problems and plenty of mold. boo ?

Had a terrible experience here. I bought a car from them back in January and it broke down the very next day i took it off the lot. They took the car back three times for several weeks and claimed they fixed the problems but each time the problems would arise. They said it was the battery or coil pack but i took it to a mechanic and it had engine misfire and a whole lot of issues on top of it not being serviced properly. I was talked over and taken advantage of and was threatened and eventually told they wouldn’t do anything about it but told the mechanic that they knew they shouldn’t have sold me the car. On top of this the mechanic i brought, to look at the cars to see if i could trade for any others, tested them and EVERY car on the lot had issues. Power steering malfunctions, no oil, no service, check engine lights, break issues, flat tires, engine misfire, dead batteries, MOLD!!!! There’s no telling. If you want a good car go somewhere else!

Recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Seattle Auto Haus. The car was exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. They did a lot to service the vehicle beforehand to make sure it was in good condition. All in all, the staff were super helpful and accommodating every step of the way.
