The fence we rented for two years was taken by thieves and we are charged more than brand new fencing cost. I understand recovering cost and making a profit but ripping people off is bad business.

Not worth saving a buck to deal with this company. Super difficult every step of the way. They couldn’t set up automatic monthly payments, failed to provide services, refused to discount for unprovided services & and sent to collections 2 business days after we closed the account. Would not consider using again.

I rent a portable unit on a trailer and to keep safe at night I had it on my backyard.When service came out Monday they broke Into my backyard even do I have a dog sign and a no traspasing sign all this without calling me, my dog obviously try to protect the house and the guy hurt my dogface.

Try to book a rental told when I need to do it by I do it. They lie to me say they'll have a sales rep call me back. Never does. I call next day sorry were booked out until after your event. Total waste of time! Go elsewhere the cost difference will be the same with wasted time here..

Do not hire them for portable toilets. They kept missing the weekly service and still charged us for those missed services and then proceeded to blame us. They told the guys on site that they purposefully missed services because they are HIGHLY UNDERSTAFFED. When we asked why they missed service they can never give us a straight answer and gave us lies. Don't hire them for portable toilets. They're response time is horrible as well.

We rented two toilet units and had a last minute wedding venue change. They went out of their way to deliver to the new address (which was out of their service location) with out any added fees or complications. Their driver was excellent and cheerful which helped make things run just a little bit more smoothly. Thank you so much for your help.

When I called to request a quote and possible date and time to have over 300 ft. of temporary fence installed, the young lady on the other end of the phone identified herself and the company, as expected, but went out of the way to enthusiastically help me and explain the entire process to me. We set up a date for the install even before I was able to prepay (the next day). The driver called me about a half hour before the delivery, just as I was told he would and they arrived and had everything done in less time than it took me to purchase two chains and locks. I’d never hesitate to not only highly recommend them but use them again for future projects.
