“I literally have never written a google review before, but Puget Sound Moving made our latest moving experience so easy- I really had to.
Booking was easy and staff were super accommodating across the board when we had a change of moving date. Kevin and the rest of our team of movers were awesome and so helpful, helping us move awkward-shaped or sized items that my husband and I were planning to pick up ourselves later (had no expectation of movers to help with things like boxes with picture frames sticking out- they wrapped the top with shrink wrap and safely transported it for us to our new place). And at our new place, they navigated the awkward hills with ease and grace. They truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations, raising the bar on all fronts. We love our new place, but if we ever need to move again, I’m calling Puget Sound Moving.”
“Spencer (and partner) did a wonderful job with my delivery. They asked a few logistic questions, then delivered all of my big boxes quickly. No boxes were banged up and everything inside was in pristine condition.”
“The moving team from John Volken Academy just did an incredible job for me. First, I stopped in the furniture store late Friday afternoon to ask about their moving services. They had an opening that Monday. The team was a great bunch of guys that worked their tails off which is a testament to the work the Academy does. In addition to some of my household items, they moved a large hot tub, a pod type massage chair, a health club duty Precor elliptical, 2 safes plus a few other stupid heavy items. They are priced about the same as other movers I got ad cards in the mail from, and you are supporting a great organization that is helping guys rebuild their lives.”

“I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was incredibly professional and very nice to work with. They were super efficient and packed with both care and speed. I was able to continue working throughout the day while they packed and moved my entire house.I hired them to move some items to storage, some to a new house, and some to charity and/or junk removal. Everything was executed perfectly.”

“Unit and grounds are clean. Staff helpful. Not thrilled that carts are only available in certain buildings so if your unit is in the back, like mine, you need to go back near the entrance to fetch the cart and take it back after you've loaded/unloaded.”

“This review is for Chipman Relocations - Algona. I've moved quite often and have had experiences ranging from amazing to horrific. Thankfully, Chipman lands in the amazing category. Warren Blake was my first point of contact, and he was polite, professional, thorough and very honest. From there, Brandi Bunkelman took over as my point of contact, and she was very proactive, communicative and also professional. And the moving crews on both ends of my cross country move were also great. Nice guys, cleaned up after themselves, were on time, didn't take breaks, attentive, etc. I honestly couldn't complain about any part of the process even if I wanted to. I leave very few reviews, but for such an important job, I felt compelled to in this case.”

Mark made a point of reaching out as he was traveling cross country to give me updates as to when they thought they would arrive in NYC. They were efficient, friendly and hustled to get everything done as quickly as possible. Could not have asked for a better crew.”
“Excellent Moving Co.. Had a 2 day pack . One day move . Guys showed up on time. Protected my floors upstrs & downstairs. I had expensive artwork & china that was of a big concern before my move. I was at ease after the first 5 minutes of watching how the guys wrapped my items & placed them in dishpacks accordingly . My best of the artwork were properly crated. The best of my pictures were packed in picture boxes & properly labeled . Everything was inventoried & the load crew was impressive . In & out in the 3 scheduled days as planned. I recommend for all your moving needs. Definately use them in the future.”
“We experienced a catastrophic burst pipe, which required moving out of our space ASAP to begin the water mitigation process. Boush Moving was at the property the same day we called and the movers were wonderful! They laughed and cried with us as we began the process of cleaning up.
The heated storage kept our stuff safe and in great condition. The move-in process was very professional, and full of supportive customer service. I can’t rave enough how thankful I am for such a great experience.”
“Sam and his mover were professional and efficient. They worked hard transitioning my belongings from my apartment, then a storage unit, as I transitioned to a different location of town. My sibling had delicate medical equipment that was part of the moving process and they handled it with care and knowledge. They worked very hard from 10:00am until late in the evening. They did not complain and was extremely diligent in their work ethic. I have used Sam and his crew twice so far, and will continue to use them for future endeavors. “Came and picked up a truck with my wife. The mobile check in was quick and easy. Wish they would just keep the trucks filled so it's easy to know how much gas you need to put in since trying to fill a tank to a 1/4 gallon is impossible.”

“This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit. Think yall need to provide a link on the site where we can just type in our reservation number to retrieve that reservation and process it. Overall it was a good experience. Will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!”
