“Rooms: The room was the handicap room, which we set up a month for an upcoming surgery. Nice room, but no view because of the beautiful trees. Love the staff! Penie (Penny) is such a big help and always a big smile!

“I stayed here for a couple of months on a travel nurse contract for Good Samaritan. I have to say what great customer service! Rick the manager was very friendly and they gave me a fair price on the room. Even went so far as to waive the pet deposit for me. The room is renovated with beautiful stainless steel appliances and a ceramic cooktop!”

“Was very impressed from the front desk staff, the clean rooms, the BREAKFAST! Location is fantastic, everything is close, freeway, TONs of food options, fuel, shopping, the Mall... Will be back!”
“I stayed there a week and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was fabulous and several nights they have happy hour with snacks and drinks and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the room was so big because it has two big chairs and it's like a little living room
Safety: Lots of lights and the staff is always on duty
Walkability: Lots of area to walk in with many pretty flowers and plants and then in back there is a gazebo and lots of grass
Food & drinks: I've never had such a great breakfast and they even have a coffee machine and you can get 10 different kinds of coffee.
And I enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and drinks that they had three nights a week”

“Tons of construction to get to. You walk in anw immediately smell all the cleaning materials they used. We asked them for a late check out which they accepted but they still called our room and knocked on our door to tell us check out was 11, waking our daughter up on the process.”

“I’ve stayed at this specific Holiday Inn twice, and both times, I absolutely loved it!The rooms are nice with a comfy bed, which is to be expected from one of these. The staff were super friendly both times, and the breakfast food they had was always delicious!The location gets five stars from me too. It’s in s nice, secluded countryside zone (my type of area), so it’s mostly very peaceful. It also offers a mostly unobstructed view of the glorious Mount Rainier, which is an automatic plus!”

“Everyone has their own opinion...me personally I've been here on and off for a while ....I have never had a problem the rooms are clean I've never seen a bug I have a nice car and it has never been damaged and I've fallen asleep with the windows down all night and no problem...the owner is amazing very understanding and patient...the ones who left bad reviews you must have pissed them off and got kicked out because the things you're saying aren't true... It's great and affordable”

“We had to stay here for 2 months due to a house fire. The staff are awesome! They let our dogs stay with us and they even have a little pet area.Security is always present and drive around the building all night. Everything is always kept clean and laundry is free.I will definitely recommend staying here.”

“Nice hotel to stay outside of Seattle. The room looked pretty new and the lobby looked neat and tidy. Pool was clean. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was good. They had hot breakfast with decent choices. Front desk was very pleasant. Overall it's a really good hotel for the price. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.”

“This is our second stay here and both visits have been wonderful. The hotel is near numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The room is inviting and comfortable. Finally, the service is top notch. All the hotel staff we've encountered have been attentive and responsive. Sherry, in particular, has been simply wonderful. She has gone out of her way to make sure our stay is pleasant and our needs are met. I can't say enough good things about Sherry, the rest of the staff, and the hotel. We will keep returning here whenever we are back in Federal Way.”

“I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a fire. The staff is amazing and the rooms were great. Beds are super comfortable and the pool was such a nice treat. Their breakfast is also really good with many options. Don’t forget about there social hour they have M-W. My only suggestion is have the bar open daily and perhaps a little longer hours the bar is open.Rooms: Nicely appointed rooms. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal.Nearby activities: The mall is next door and there is the movies located there at the mall. Also roller skating is down the street.Safety: They have security and cameras. I didn’t see any problems.Food & drinks: There are several food options within two blocks of this hotel.”

“I really appreciate this place! I was trying to hook up with this guy on the downlow so we had to find a place, everywhere else said no check in before 3 but this place let us check in at 12:30pm. It was nice and quiet, nice clean bedding, easy no hassle cash check in, it’s off the main road so nobody can see you’re parked there. I came back to pick up my cash deposit the next day and there were no issues, got my deposit back no problem. Staff is friendly and welcoming. 5 stars, will be hooking up here frequently and secretly again.”

“Rough exterior but the rooms are clean. Outdoor pool looks like it has been out of service for a long time. The staff are super friendly and the price is right compared to others nearby. Room furnishings old fashioned but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is not happening any more but they did have free coffee in the mornings.We worried that our car might be unsafe in the parking lot but had no issues over our 3 night stay, the staff seem very vigilant.Conveniently close to the Car Museum where our festival was held & also the Dome. Bus service to those spots was regular, easy and only $2. We also walked a number of times and it only took us 20 minutes.Walkability: 20 min walk to LeMays Car Museum and the Dome”
