Not recommended ! I send my driver to the dealer ship, with air dryer issued. I told what I did before with this truck for another truck repair shop, the guys did same thing.
Charged actually for nothing. $900.00
Truck has check engine light on, connect diagnostic computer without my approval and charged me $300.00 Just for diagnostic.
Shop Manager - Not professional working.

Can never get in to get simple stuff done on my truck. They wanna me to leave my truck for 3 days for a simple ac charge and vacuum done. I replaced the condenser myself but dont have a way to pull a vacuum. Takes less then a hour to do. A good flat rate tech could have done it for me. TOTALLY USELESS THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS

Bought a freightliner through Altec (boom truck). Brand new truck, second day of use with 8 hours on it and had it safety shut off, coolant issue. Drove the truck there after it sat for an hour and they told me 3-4 business days to scan the code on the dash… replaced the coolant sensor at out of pocket cost because warranty won’t cover it if it’s just an educated guess. No issues since. 3-4 business days for a 5 minute task on a 2 day old truck is just absurd, I’ll never buy a freightliner just because of this dealer

They don't have real mehanics in this facility
No expert too in this facility after 4 l asked again what they doing
They connect computer ? and all details they will send to Detroit tonight tomorrow morning around 10 am they expect to get information from Detroit and Detroit they will recommend them do this
They spouse to do all this things this morning so far this people they don't know what to do for truck if you come here be ready at least for one week to wait your truck to finish repairs but never finish they know only to charge money ?

Not only did this poor excuse for a shop over charge by $10,000, they did not do the work they claimed to do by charging our company $14,000 ad an end result. The A/C wasn't fixed appropriately nor was it pressure tested. But as well, the 3 main issues I asked be addressed were not fixed at all. Nearly everyday since last Thursday when I left Western Washington after 3 weeks not working, not only did we not receive the services we requested but it cost an additional almost $1,000 to get the A/C working after spending the night in the California desert in overnight temperatures above 85°. It takes at least 7 tries everyday to start this truck because they did not do what they were paid to do. Do not trust these people, because not only will they make a bad situation worse, but they'll make excuses while ripping you off. And try and blame for being mad and exclude you from their shop when you request to speak to the regional manager. #FuqFreightlinerNW
