They have tinted all of our vehicles, they have put Dronemobile in our vehicles, they have installed backed up cameras in our vehicles. “When I stopped there, I was picking up a Order that I paid for online. The cashier was very sweet and asked me if I needed something even though there were people in line. When I told her I was just there to pick up my order everybody let her go get it and give it to me so I could leave. I paid less for it there at GameStop.”
“Overall this store was good. Helped us right away and they were able to answer our questions. Unfortunately we had to call customer support to complete the process and that was not as helpful. I'm not sure why stores can't offer the same assistance as the call centers...would be a great customer service upgrade.”

“I haven’t been to a 7-Eleven in ages and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location. I brought my kids to get their first slurpee and they were thrilled. The owner greeted us and was warm, friendly and smiling. Everything was clean, well stocked and organized. Some of these other reviews seem off base and unfair. Rooting for this family to succeed!”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“They are the cleanest 7-eleven I have been to in the Auburn/Algona area. The staff has always been kind and respectful to me and my spouse. They carry the best breakfast pastries and snacks that I don't see at other 7-elevens. Did I mention they are clean and well stocked?! Well I had to mention it again because they are amazing. We usually stop on our way to drive South each week and it's better than going to a busy cafe. They also have espresso machines so you can make your own coffee. I love it!”
