Staff are friendly and professional, rooms are clean, pool and gym facilities are excellent, family friendly, close to shopping and entertainment.Rooms: It was newly remodeled and very clean. Pet friendly rooms availableNearby activities: Shopping, dining, and casino nearbySafety: Felt very safe in this area... local police and sheriff were very friendly and checked in on staff and guests routinely.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel! We stayed here for a little over two months because of an insurance claim and could not have picked a better place.Everyone here is super friendly, from the lady keeping breakfast stocked to the gals at the front desk. There's coffee, lemon water, and delicious sweet tea in the lobby and cookies every evening (big bonus for a cookie lover like me!). The breakfast is full of options, including lots of quick to grab things if you're in a rush and a waffle station if you've got time.The ladies at the front desk are all around amazing. I never once felt like an inconvenience asking questions or for extra coffee like I have at some other hotels.The rooms with kitchenettes were perfect for us being away from home with plenty of fridge room instead of a mini fridge. We had to switch rooms one day and the whole team worked so hard to get us into our next room ASAP which I really appreciated. Housekeeping does a fantastic job too, because even though it's pet friendly I didn't have any allergy issues at all!There's also security at night in the parking lot and I saw cops drive through fairly often just to check on it. Not that I was all that concerned, the area is usually pretty safe but it's nice to know they check.Even the guests I ran into seemed to be in good moods and honestly this hotel was such a home away from home for me the last couple months. I absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and I'll be recommending it to any visiting family. I am so sold on the comfort inn after this stay!Nearby activities: Check out the teriyaki place across the street! And even if you aren't a bar person, Coco Joe's has great food. Tacos El tajin is also great.Safety: The area is safe, I live nearby and I've never had issues. They also check who you are really well if you lose your key so no one can just come up and get a key to your room.Food & drinks: Cookies are usually around 5pm. Breakfast is 6-9 weekdays and 7-10 weekends. Make your own waffles!

The name says it Comfort Inn. Staff were hospitable and heartwarming. My family was able to get a good night's rest and also get the Staff help when their needed. Thank you Comfort Inn Family for making us feel a home away from home in yours.Rooms: Clean and Inviting. Linens were just as comfortable.Nearby activities: Nearby to Dave & Busters and a Park to enjoy.Safety: Pool/Jacuzzi and Spa do have warning signs of using at your own risk for their is no Lifeguard on duty but Staff are nearby and checking In too to assure if help is needed.Walkability: Walking distance to restaurants and Diners and gas stations too.Food & drinks: FREE Breakfast that is filling and offcourse Comforting. Nearby fast food restaurants and Diners like Dairy queen Wok Teriyaki and gas stations too to include AMPM and shell for your vehicle first aids and snacks and drinks.

I have stayed here many times and the rooms are comfy and clean the front desk is great. They have a very nice indoor pool and very good breakfast.

Beds, sheets and pillows were the most comfortable we've ever used. Rooms were extremely clean. The front desk girls were amazing. My husband and I are truck drivers and we stay at alot of hotels and this is the best one we've been to yet.

Absolutely awesome! The front desk lady Robin was amazing! I needed a room last minute and she made it happen! She made sure that we were comfortable and that our room location was exactly what we wanted. We arrived super late and my sister in law and I had been looking forward to just sitting with our legs in the hot tub after our very long hard day and the night desk clerk that night (Loren) was so sweet and graciously let us anyways. The head house keeper (Natalya) was over the top patient with us. We lost track of time in the morning and was not at all ready to go and she just smiled at us and reassured us that we were just fine and waited for us until we were ready instead of being annoyed and pushy like so many other hotels I have stayed at. Every single person I encountered there was genuine and truly made out stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all so very much!! I absolutely will be staying there again!Rooms: Very clean and comfortable

Beautiful rooms! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. Easy access on and off the freeway. They also provided an apple, banana, granola bar, and cheese stick in a to-go bag in the morning. Cute place.Rooms: Large room with 2 queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, tv, and a/c.Nearby activities: Dairy Queen and Jack in the Box next door.Safety: Extremely safe area.

The room was nice, clean, and functioned well. Counter personnel professional and courteous. The breakfast was nice with a breakfast buffet and other food provided.I would happily return.

Enjoyed my stay with my family of 6 very spacious they provided more than enough for us if we needed anything. Felt safe also was super clean nothing was unattended everything was take care of really well and really good customer service very nice and respectful. My kids enjoyed the room. Definitely

Honestly really enjoyed our stay the service was better than expected…they were super patient to my parents even if it was hard if it was hard to understand because of a strong accent, everything was super clean and had everything and if I didn’t they happily provided more for my family. My husband and I enjoyed our 5 nights at this location! Throughout our stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Guests receive complimentary breakfast, with various options to choose from, which was delicious and helped save money on food. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The beds were cloud-like which made it easy to sleep after a long day of outings. A gas station, as well as several fast food options are located across the street. I definitely recommend this to anyone looked for a decently priced place to stay, and close to Seattle. You won’t be disappointed!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my party and I had during our recent stay at your Comfort Inn location. Despite the initial warm welcome from a helpful front desk staff member who provided us with warm cookies, our overall experience quickly deteriorated.Upon checking into our reserved King Suite with a pull-out couch, we were shocked to discover that the pull-out couch had not been cleaned. I have attached pictures that clearly show the presence of nuts and a Pepsi can on the couch, indicating a lack of proper attention to cleanliness. What if a person had nut allergies. This oversight is particularly unacceptable considering we specifically requested the pull-out couch and mentioned having four guests.Furthermore, the lack of housekeeping and inadequate staffing during our stay in the evening, when the hotel was operating at 99% occupancy, was highly unsatisfactory. With only one front desk staff member and no housemen available to assist with the workload, the level of service fell far below expectations. Even when we contacted housekeeping later, we were asked to go downstairs and request bedding ourselves.Additionally, we were disappointed to find that there were only two towels in the room, despite our reservation indicating four guests. This lack of attention to detail further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.We expected a basic standard of service and attention to detail during our stay, but unfortunately, it fell significantly short of the customer brand standards that Comfort Inn is known for. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of housekeeping, reply from the general manager and staffing during a busy period, along with the unclean pull-out couch and inadequate supply of towels, detracted from our overall stay and left us feeling extremely disappointed.We kindly request that you address these concerns promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. As valued guests, we believe in the potential of your Comfort Inn to provide exceptional experiences, and we hope our feedback helps in that pursuit.Rooms: Upon checking into our reserved King Suite with a pull-out couch, we were shocked to discover that the pull-out couch had not been cleaned.
