My roommate and I have looked practically everywhere for a one bedroom apartment and it has been so stressful! From bad reviews to terrible management/ customer service and being charged way over price. We couldn’t find a one bedroom under $1,700 and were needing to move out ASAP. We came across Cobble Courts and let me tell you.. the staff was such a RELIEF. Tiffany and Natalia are absolutely amazing at customer service and making you feel actually appreciated and not to be ashamed or worried. Natalia showed us a tour and these are the perfect quiet spots. When you go outside you’re not neck and neck to your next door neighbor ?. Beautiful homes and they approved us right there and then within minutes. After all this stress from looking at other places and not knowing if we were going to be approved or not etc, they approved us and it was such a relief and fantastic experience. I’ve seen so many reviews about car break ins which will happen at any other apartment complex, that’s why you don’t leave valuables in your car. Also reviews about upping the price which even if that’s the case which I get can be frustrating… it’s not near the price as some of these other places. Let alone they have 2 pools, a dog park, walking area, it’s quiet at night. AND A WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT PEOPLE! That’s all we have to say about this place they really care the team here I pray to God stays for as long as we live here lol.

Updated review. The apartment has cockroaches and are disgusting. This is a terrible place! The apartments are shabby and they raise the rent every year! The water bill is outrageous and they never tell the breakdown of the bill to see what is being charged. There is nothing good to say about these apartments. If I could find somewhere else for my parent to live I would but it’s only thing for us is it’s convenient being by my home.

I came here to visit a friend for the first time and my car got keyed. I was only here for 4 hours. There’s no cameras here. Do not leave your car here if you care about it.

in this residential complex we were met by a very friendly manager and it was R'Chanae Brown and helped us all the way, she did a great job and I want to thank her ?))) all problems in the apartment were resolved quickly ))) while my daughter and I and a small dog likes it here, the territory is patrolled and kept calm, there are many families with children, but in general ... a great place to live ...

Moved my parents into this apartment complex sight unseen. The process to get all the ducks in a line truly aren’t too difficult IF you can navigate things online, which for my parents is a little more challenging. One small problem led to another but we had Irma there by our side to help explain, walk us through and patiently help and wait for us to get everything sorted out. I mean, she stayed two hours later on a Saturday night to make sure I was able to get my parents all set up! While it’s just the beginning of my parents’ experience here at Cobble court, I feel so lucky to know that Irma is positive, solution-based and welcoming, which means so much during such a stressful time like moving. High five to Irma! Thank you thank you!

Lived here for a year and I wanted OUT a coupleMonths in. Here's my list of complaints1.they did not properly clean this place it's disgusting and gross2. Dishwasher never got fixed and the first time I used it there was a disgusting smell3. Holes everywhere. Big holes under the heater that spiders would come in from, we had to put tape underneath it 4. Management was a** they gave us a 14 day notice when our rent was on time and then told us that they had to fire someone because they were targeting a certain race. And pocketing money they would get from those tenants. 5. Walls so thin you can here your neighbor peeing like literally. They told us our deposit was $400 then decided to tell us that our security deposit was $1850 so we lost over 2 grand, we thought it was first months rent but NOPE it was security deposit. DONT DO IT DONT LEASE HERE!

Just recently we received that CobbleCourt is jumping the rent 400 dollars more a month. To top it off they will charge you on maintenance orders. i have complained so many times because the neighbors are loud blasting music and was told from the office "They couldn't do anything because it wasnt 8pm". It is not worth what they are asking for and to raise rent 400 dollars is insane! Save your money and sanity.

I really don't dig apartment complexes this size seems like you just ride around the parking lot aimlessly for nothing maps doesn't really help get you to the unit number you want to go to so it's kind of annoying at night it's just too big

Could not be happier with this complex! The office staff has been so helpful and nice since the moment we applied. We moved from a complex with abysmal customer service so we value kind and knowledgeable employees very high. We’ve been here for three months now and have not had any issues. Very kid friendly complex. Right down the road from a great dog park/ playground/ walking trail (Roegner park).

I remember I lived here for a couple of years around 2017 and the apartment was kind a nice but my neighbors were loud at night and the manager never did anything to solve the problem,Then one day in the morning I woke up and was getting ready to got to work and pick up my jacket from where I had it and it had a mouse on it, I immediately call the manager and complained specifically since I always had my apartment clean and I didn't had any pets or anything so I didn't knew where the rats where coming from, they said it was and infestation and they were getting thru the chimney.A month later they raise my rent for a one room one bathroom to $1300 or $1400 and I decided It was time for me to get a house.

Not worth it!! They never do anything with issues, having a newborn and upstairs people blast music until 3 am stomp and everything. COCKROACHS in the AA building!! This place and the space isn't worth the 1800-3500 you'll be paying it's jacked up and worthless!
