I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to share that I had a great experience with the service manager Dave and his team. I had some repairs done on my Yanmar tractor and I received excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to complete the job and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend the Pacific Brim location!

Some of the worst after sale customer service I've ever experienced..both salesman and service managers won't return calls,won't arrange to help out and just plain won't take care of any needs after the sale

Nick and the guys at Brim are top tier customer service guys. Nick was relentless in finding the specific mower I needed and found the last one available in the entire NW. He also called me and kept me up to date on shipping and progress.The guys even arranged delivery on their way home. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. They have earned a customer for life.Thanks guys.

I recently purchased a new Bad Boy mower from Brim Tractor in Pacific, WA. I worked with Nick who was a real pro. He found the unit I wanted, had it trucked up to Washington, sorted out the financing, answered all my (pesky) questions, got me the accessories I needed, and dropped it off at my place all within my requested time frame. Overall, I'd say the service from Brim Tractor is truly excellent. The day after dropping the mower off, Nick also followed up with me to let me know my warranty was all submitted and I was good to go. Would definitely recommend Brim Tractor for your next purchase.

I've had 4 maintainance problems with my Yanmar that I gave up trying to fix myself. When I called service and told them what I needed to bring it in for he just told me the simple way to fix it myself. No other service shop done that, ever.

The sale was good. After the sale was complete they treat me like a used car lot got the money then the customer service is gone. Bought from pacific. Now I take tractor elsewhere for service I would not recommend brim tractor Mike Wynne

Last month we bought our first tractor, the Workmaster 25s TBL. From our first inquiry, Jeff Croll provided excellent service and communication. He answered all our newbie questions, buying options, warranty and delivery. He delivered our tractor to our home and gave me a quick operation tutorial, since I had never used a tractor. He had pro tips like top up Gas after use to avoid condensation in the tank. We are really impressed by our small but mighty tractor. It works amazing to grade yards, move dirt, dig a utility trench and remove bushes. We liked that New Holland loader holds 300lbs then the Kubota sub-compact but it was Brims’ customer service and warranty that sold us.

Today I picked up a great lease return New Holland tractor and I am very happy with it. I initially started working with Zach at the Salem store and he was great. He was very informative and even took my call during a time the store was closed. When I decided to make the purchase he had me contact Brad at the Mt. Vernon store because of proximity to my home. Brad was also a wealth of knowledge and very professional. This was the easiest large purchase process I have ever been through (and I have made several). I highly recommend both Zach and Brad for all your agriculture equipment needs. Thanks guys! Glenn
